After 1.5 yrs of working from home during the Covid pandemic, I found it hard (time-wise) to prep breakfast when I returned to the office. This Dunkin makes breakfast easy to grab & go. The manager runs a well-oiled machine, that drive-thru keeps flowing. The coffee options are on point & they typically deliver well on special requests (i.e. extra toasted). The staff is efficient & friendly, especially “Trease” (sp?) who kills it w/ attentiveness & warm customer service. This Dunkin helps ease the burden of a downtown Miami drive. Well done, guys. ??

I would never go to this location again! Worst workers ever? They legit have attitudes everyday and today they got my order wrong and one of the guys try to argue differently in the background. My avocado toast literally was avocado spread on the bread nothing like the picture and what I received from other locations. I advise go to the location on Miramar parkway near 441, new building, friendly staff and food and drinks are on point

Any other day my food be right but today I’m upset. I ask for a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese strawberry cream cheese at that and a large sweet tea. My bagel didn’t have my cream cheese on it and my bagel was hard unacceptable. This my breakfast at 4am on my way to work. Then I called the number on the website ha no answer great

This Dunkin’ Donuts is the best I drive all they way from Davie just to come here for my frozen chocolate they make it just how I like it I never had bad experience at this location, the employees are very nice and have good customer service.

I dread going to this DD & only sometimes go because of the logistic convenience. This DD is absolutely horrible mainly the staff and their lack of knowledge of their own products. When you have a problem they can never fix the manner or see their wrong doing! That flamboyant employee with this tattoo on his hand and claimed to be a “Shift leader” they clearly need to fire is the we worst of them all!Good luck asking for a refund if you made a mobile order and made it incorrectly!

One of the cashier was rushing my order through the drive through and almost spill the coffee on me. Maybe he was having a bad day it was a little bit busy in the drive-through. He did not even apologize.

BUGS IN FOOD. A little fly was nicely baked into the egg of my sandwich ? I checked because the forgot the extra bacon I ordered and then I notice the black lump. I prayed that it would be just a burnt crisp of something. Nope, it’s an entire bug ???

Where do I start... between the gamble you take of ordering thru the app (50/50 chance they won't be open on time), to the watered down coffee it's ridiculous. The customer service is subpar, very slow and inefficient. They good employees are gone and what's left is a bunch of young adults with the "I'm just here to get a check" attitude. I've been to the Dunkin in Cooper city and you can definitely see a difference in the level of service. Now as I wait to hear back from corporate for my 4th refund due to ordering on the app and them not being open, I wrote this review to warn others...avoid this place!!!!

I've frequented this location for a few years now since the grand opening. It's my closest neighborhood Dunkin'. Never gone inside, always use the drive through. Coffee and Donuts are always fresh throughout the day. Staff is always friendly. If you love Bear Claws or Cinnamon Buns they are only available early in the mornings and once they sale out, they're not available again until the next day. At least that's what I've been told by the Staff. Otherwise, there's always a nice variety of doughnuts.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst Dunkin ever. Needs new management. All of this coming from many instances of disappointment. Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru today after ordering online beforehand only for them not to have the drink I had ordered available. Unless you have the time to sit and wait don’t go to this Dunkin’.
