The worst Customer Service ever. I will never go there again because of their nasty attitudes this was around 1:00 pm
Didn't know there was a drive-through to this Dunkin....lol. My bagel was toasted to perfection and the customer service was excellent even though they were out of plain black tea
I would love to buy this franchise location, as I have no idea how you guys are still open in such a prime spot. Burned food,. hard donuts, incorrect orders, normal thing here.
Worse service EVER at this DD. Every single time I pull to it thru the Drive-Thru (not even on rush hour) with only one car in front of me, they make us wait for more than 5 minutes on the ordering booth. Not even saying, "one moment please"THEY ARE ALWAYS SO SLOOOOWW.And they are a bunch of young teen kids always talking on the back and not caring about what good service is.
I have been to this Dunkin donuts twice in the last week. The first time was in the evening and there was only a couple of donuts available, The second time was at 4 pm, still light outside and there was not one donut on the shelf. I left and thought was is going on absolutely no donuts in a donut shop. I was told they only bake once a day but they grossly underestimated how much they needed. I felt sorry for the young lady on the shift that has to continuously tell customers the same ridiculous thing over and over.
slow ever. went there to get a coffee. the lady at the register was taking her time counting money at the register while a line of costumers waiting in line to get service. when she was finally done she called someone else to take our orders , she couldn't manage the register so(that's) another additional time waiting there, finally when she did get the order in . they take so long to prepare a cup of coffee (that's wasn't even fresh). OMG I HAVE NEVER SEEN THAT.

Service was slow and the cashier didn't speak good English so you can understand properly. But the coffee was good .
