Worse dunkin Ever !Walk in to buy donuts as I stand in front to see what was available (this is all we have available of donuts 8 total the employee immediately replied ) worse customer service ever, the person had an attitude, he put the donuts inside a bag and throw them in the counter, not friendly at all and the coffee well straight to garbage not well prepared . Really disappointed. I understand many places are under staffed this days but the ones that have the job should at least be a little more friendly I guess, at the end costumers are the ones paying for the business so they can pay your salary !

Twice I have ordered the same thing and Twice they have gave me someone else food and I don't find out until I'm at work. My name is on the order but it's not what I ordered smh

Just moved to the area. There are lots of Dunkins around but none of them could make my iced mocha latte right. If I’m paying almost 4 dollars for something I want it to be right. I’ll drive the extra 5 mins, and I don’t even mind having to get out of my car to go inside. It’s worth it. Staff could be a little friendlier but it’s still 5 stars for me.

If I could give it no stars,I would. This is the worse Dunkin donut I have ever been to. The employees are so unfriendly, they have minors working with no customer service skills. I prefer 100 times to drive to the Dunkin on 67th or 57th they are both very good. Incident tonight was the worse experience I have ever had. Employee was on FaceTime while a line of customers waiting, traveling with the phone all over behind the counter. Making foods/coffee without any gloves... Yuck !! The worst!.

Slow service. Employees are not welcoming at all. Donuts barely have icing. Coffee is never made with love! And to top it off they close at 4pm everyday, which is odd. None of the employees ever look happy, makes me wonder how they are being treated by management. I go to this location almost everyday because I work in the town center so it’s convenient for me, but I think I rather go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Red Rd. near the turnpike - way better service, coffee taste, & less than a mile away.
