So I just came from this Dunkin Donuts and had the worst experience. The person who took my order was rude. When I got from the drive thru to the cashier I simply reminded her of the lemonade that I did not see. She got upset by slamming her fingers on the cash register and rolling her eyes. The level of disrespect was so unfounded that I preferred not to make a scene. Instead I told her nevermind and immediately left without taking my items. I do not want to play the race card so I'll let God be the judge of it.
Not the quickest. The coffee was actually horrible (I didn’t think they had differences across branches, that they’d all be brewed the same- maybe they gave me the sunrise blend instead of original ??♀️).The ladies that worked there were nice enough and Cute location.
I have a love hate relationship with this store. It’s on my way to work. So I keep going to them. They have missed up my order 2 times and I didn’t realize in till I got to work.My advice is to just double check your drinks before you leave and hopefully your not picking up for someone else. Which was my case.
Quick, fast and very convenient on the go. The staff was tremendously friendly and extremely helpful when it came to navigating the Dunkin rewards app. Fair prices, great service and a short wait, I am definitely not going to complain. It's places like this that I wish Google offered the ability to rate in half star increments because although it's not the best place I've ever been to I feel like four stars isn't doing it justice.
Waited for a few minutes to put in an order. No one greeted me at all. When I drove up to the window no one was there at all. The store wasn't closed yet. They decided to ignore me because they were about to close, so I decided to leave and write this review. I am almost always displeased every time I go to this DD store. They should hire people that actually want to work.
The drinks are always great frozen or hot, but they ALWAYS mess up mobile orders so minus 1 star. Otherwise best Dunkin in the area.

Updated review 2/13/22:I thought it was only fair to come back and edit my review on this Dunkin. Since this review (last year) they’ve gotten soooooo much better. My orders are always right. The drive thru is still quick and it actually seems like they listen to your order now. I’m thoroughly impressed with the turnaround. I had spoken with the management quite a few times so I’m hoping the message got relayed to them. Even if it didn’t, whatever management is doing, is working. This is still my go to Dunkin.Every single day I come here they get my order wrong. I tell them exactly what I want and they repeat it back and they still get it wrong. One morning I went there and they messed up my orders 3 times in a row. Absolutely ridiculous. Not sure why no one knows what toasted coconut swirl is...because sometimes I get toasted almond shot. When I show them that my order is wrong, they tell me that they don’t have toasted coconut, but I tell them that I just got it here yesterday. Then they finally realize they rushed and made a mistake. Management, please get your staff together because this is the closest Dunkin to me and I would hate to have to go out of my way because people don’t simply listen.
Never consistent longer than 3 days in a row. Always late to work because mobile order is never ready and coffee is made wrong 30% of the time.
Ok. Yes take outs. Well first cup ?? cafe coffee had some grains 1st one. She did give us another ones. Otherwise cafe ☕ is tasty. Good location. Near turnpike. Near offices. ? too... ? ✌
