is not my first time here but, what a disappointment make sure they put all your toppings. They put just one strawberry on my ice cream and when I asked for more they refuse to give me more and kept telling me there was more like I was blind.
Great ice cream and the service was excellent
Staff was patient with us as we made our choices. Very friendly toward my son. He said "this is the best family day ever". Places like these create some of the best moments for our young ones
Another nice Cold Stone. I usually frequent this cold stone when close to Miramar. Staff is always very friendly, attentive and prepare everything quickly. The shop is well lit and always clean and organized…even when there is a long line.

Jamari was great! He provided friendly, efficient, and professional service. This Cold Stone is far superior to the Aventura location.

My rating is based upon the person that serviced me. The ice cream is great and the place is nice. The person that served me needs training badly. I ordered the size Everybody, which means a half gallon. I asked for strawberries. I honestly am not exaggerating, the person put 4 strawberries in the pile. I told her, to give me more strawberries and stop being stingy with them. The person looked at me and we had this Clint Eastwood stare down moment. The person put more strawberries in the pile. Then, the person put the top on the ice cream, and some of the ice cream was all over the sides. The person was about to put the half gallon right into a bag, I immediately asked the person to wipe off the sides. The person did. I paid, but then the person actually pointed out the tip section. Lol. Of course, I did not tip, in my mind, I had to give this person verbal tips the whole time. I think next time I will go to another location or go at a different time when I think this person won't be working.
They say order online, skip the the line. Is not true. Order twice and when I showed up at the time my order was suppose to be... it wasn't!. Place needs better management! Will never order or go there again!
