Had the curry shrimp , which is cooked to orde, i was expecting on a wait time , since it had to be prepared which i was ok with. To my suprise it was faster than I thought. The food was freshly made, and was very tastey . It was perfectly done..just the accur amount of seasoning for the meal, i admire that all cooked to order meals where pre prepared and ready to go whenever a cooked to order meal was ordered. Keep up the good work the promptlyness and the grear tasting food will always attract customers. I encourage you all too keep or exceed this standard.. i will for sure return and recommend this place to family and friends.. big up
$15 for rice and bones ?? Ehh. I’ll pass. First and last. The most frustrating thing to experience when hungry is to open your plate and pick through bones. Also, curry doesn’t taste like this. Not sure what kind of “curry” is being used. Check your plate before you leave. 2 stars because there’s probably potential here since some of the flavors are decent… but you can still get double the meat portion at Dutch Pot for a THIRD of the price here. By the way, Dutch Pot is regular.
First time trying Jamaican style food, rice had a nice texture and the sauce they gave me added a little kick to it, chicken was delicious. Im not from the area but they had good service and a variety of plates. Should try the fried chicken next time
4 Stars ONLY because I’ve only been there one time! How I heard about them;~ FULL DISCLOSURE: I’m not affiliated with this establishment nor are they paying/reimbursing me in any way…I’m NOT a local. I travel here for business, but; I’m here enough to be actively looking for NEW GOOD food! I was offered a flyer/card for promotion. No remuneration. Just the card. The Staff: My experience was fantastic! The menu was explained, the specialties were pointed out and the whole process was comfortable, helpful and professional. These guys are looking to feed people GOOD FOOD!Menu Selection(s):Jerk Chicken - EXTREMELY flavorful! Tender, moist (not dried out) and pleasantly spicy!Rice & Peas - VERY well prepared! A perfect take on a CLASSIC dish. Absolutely “SPOT ON”!Cabbage - OUTSTANDING! A GREAT addition as a side. My hat is off to them. This was a surprise to me and I recommend it highly!!!Seems like they are JUST opening up. The Place looks like it’s going to have a fantastic “vibe”!The food was ABSOLUTELY great!GO TRY this place BEFORE they get too BUSY!I’m going back SOON!
So yummy n convenient in & out. And thank u for the picnic tables to eat at outside
The food is good. Well seasoned, tasty and delicious. A short wait, as only two customers allowed in at a time, and only one server. Nevertheless, if You can afford the time, you'd be a repeat customer.
Im Vegan and from out of town but anytime I’m in the area I order food from Coconutz Fusion . Food is made to order , so I call ahead and pick up later . Food always tastes great , I usually get curried chickpeas and butter beans with brown rice and peas . Only taking away a star bc it is pretty pricey, I got 2 vegan meals and juice for $40 .
The best Jamaican side salad ever!! The ladies are very nice and understanding. I was a $1 short. It was better than Dutch Pot, but I had a lot of boney pieces. Less coconut in the rice is my preference. I love that the portions for the $ you spend is equivalent.
a little restaurant with alot of love and passion to serve good food. I admire the owner and friendly dedicated staff that puts 100 percent in serving great food which is not easy to find. Great place to eat!. Be careful when placing your order to make sure it's correct, the orders are often misunderstood and are incorrect so expect it to be incorrect.
The price is to high for the quantity and quality of the food.Conch was over cooked.Plus the guy cooking my conch he was eating my food wile cooking it. And I paid $ 25.00 for a happy meal for a kid , just being sarcastic.
