We were looking to get ice cream after my son’s graduation. We headed to Cleveland’s as it is in our neighborhood. It did not disappoint. Some of the best ice cream I have ever had. So many flavor choices, they even offered sugar free and vegan options. I definitely recommend, especially if you are looking to support small businesses within the community.
I keep bringing as many people as I can find to show them this place. The ice cream flavors are so plentiful and unique. It's also a small black owned business so this is literally the only place I go to get ice cream now. Always willing to support. ♥

Brought my daughter and her friend for ice cream for her 17th B-day. Our experience was Absolutely incredible. All the staff was friendly. The young man, who's name was Travis, that helped us was super professional, patient and explained the unique and different flavors, he knew the inventory and even offered samples after I narrowed down my choices. I was impressed, He and the young lady cashier seemed to really enjoy providing customer service to Our family. Its so rare to see a young crew with great customer service skills and and a cheerful and engaging dispositions. Keep up the great work.
I was really exited about trying this place and supporting the business however, my experience was sub par to say the least. I’m not sure the name of the woman with the corn rows but, she’s extremely rude and has no business working in any business dealing with customers. For some reason myself and my best friend (friend whom had raved about this establishment and convince me to try it) were ignored and passed off to another employee…She (woman with corn rows) asked us who was first and when we told her “oh we’re together” she said someone else can help us and took the man behind us. The woman that ended up helping was busy so we waited a good 5 minutes and I was about to just leave but, SHE was nice so, I got my ice cream. Even when I went to pay, the woman with the corn rows wouldn’t check me out (even though she was standing at the register). I had to wait for the nice woman to serve my friend and then come to me…very unusual.

Greeted immediately while coming through the door and assisted by Ms. Annie! Annie was pleasant and helpful. Restaurant was clean and nicely organized. COVID precautions are currently enforced as mask are required.So many different flavors to choose from. Decided on the puffle cone with two delicious scoops. Rum cream and grape nut are a must try.
Amazing! I go every Friday as a lil treat to myself :) they're many flavors!! my favorite is the bun and cheese ice cream. They also give you the ice cream in a bag that keeps in cool for a good while, which I think is pretty cool
Better than Cold Stone! I had the rum cream ice cream in a warm waffle cone & it was delicious. The ice cream isn't so sweet to where you crave water after eating it. I'll definitely be back! This spot was great.
