Great services from our waiter George night shift .. Food was delicious and they music was great ... Best places to eat after a concert ..
My family & I have been coming to this chilis for years. The quality of their service has usually been quite impressive. However, lately their service with the food has been a TOTAL MESS. The staff do not know what they’re doing half the time. The food we order to go almost ALWAYS has something missing from the food order. Today I complained in person & all the managers did was “I’m sorry.” That’s it. My family & I order from other restaurants and they always have much better service. Come to this chilis AWARE that you’ll probably have something missing from your order.
We go their often and it seems every time floor and booths are more disgusting. Floors are dirty and your soles get stuck to floor.the booths are always with food from previous customers. Not one inch of pride in this location. Where is management? It is truly ashamed where businesses take no pride in what they represent.
Been a few times, food is consistently good which is great. Tonight we were seated very quickly but the waiter assigned to our table spent over 10 minutes talking to guests at another table and never tended to us. Another waitress, Meghan came and took over making sure our order was taken, food came out quickly and that we had everything we needed. She was super sweet to our girls and made sure dinner was great.
What a bad experience from arrival! The entrance smells extremely bad like there’s mold on the walls or the smell of a wet rug (no rug anywhere tho). The “hostess” (Picture attached) was leaning against the counter facing away from the door, as we walked in she didn’t moved, she turned her head and ask how many, she looked like she was bothered with customers, she continued looking away and she asked for the name and phone number without moving, facing away from us at all times. She said it was going to take 20 minutes and the restaurant only had 5 tables with customers. The waiter was way better, he took the time to explain the menu and to bring the food fast… the food was not great and the fries were extremely oily. I wouldn’t take my family to this place again. I should have read the reviewsbefore going there ??♂️??♂️
UNCOOKED broccoli???Also we waited in curbside and no one ever came. One of us had to go inside and find y’all .

We can around 7 :30 pm , The parking lot was full but they got us a table quick and the service by the server was outstanding,.we had a Really good service and fast , the server by the name WES is amazing, super attentive and courteous, very professional, he should be a trainer to be honest.. the food was great and the bathroom was super clean even when it was close to 8 pm .. we had a great family time at this Chili's today. This is the second time we come to this location and honestly, I rather drive here even if I am far away. No bull.....
Great spot for drinks at the bar. Had a blast with my friends. The bartenders are very friendly and welcoming.
Did not get to eat here! The place looked like they were experiencing a big labor shortage. Quite a few people were waiting to be seated, although most of the tables in the restaurant were empty, some were clean and some were dirty. We only saw one person waiting on tables. Two fellows with seating charts told us to wait but after 10 minutes they never took down our names. Badly managed. We left!
