I decided to order off the app prior to arriving at chic-fil-long-wait and was on line for more than 20 minutes before deciding to hop off the line and park my car to walk in to pick up my order. When I arrived at the door, there was a sign stating that the dining room was closed. I did not see this sign prior to leaving the line because the line went back a quarter of a mile. I asked one of the five employees sitting down doing nothing if I would be able to pick up my mobile order inside despite them being “closed”. They told me that I had to wait back on the line I just jumped off to pick up my order. Disappointedly walked over to one of the employees serving orders outside if I could just pick up my order and they told me I would have to wait on the drive thru line again. If I had not already paid for my order I would have not waited on this line again. I wasted a whole hour waiting for FAST food, on my break from work. I will never choose this chic-fil-a again. It was not even worth the wait.
I feel like I will definitely ? not return to that place. I understood their dining room is closed so the line is longer. After getting my food I had to wait 2 more minutes in the line for the cars in front of me that needed their orders to be updated. When I asked on of the staff how and when I would get out of the line she turned around told me that they are waiting on their food then she laughed at another coworker. I had to find the phone number to call and ask the manager to help me get out the line as I had to go to back to work. Then she had to ask the same girl who was laughingh at me to ask them to pull over so I can leave. Worst experience ever at that store.?
The lines at this Chick Fil A and the utter chaos it creates in the plaza is ungodly. As if lines weren’t long enough, they switched to only drive thru? Perhaps they should update their website and stop misleading customers. I wish I could enjoy a meal at the restaurant instead of my car. I miss the days where kids could use the play area. Not sure if it was a change in management but this location has only gone downhill since covid. It is seriously a nightmare to even enter the plaza anymore.
Do not go here if it is raining. They have you roped off in the long drive thru line and you cannot leave. Slowest service when raining because they do not have employees outside. I can understand that, but I can’t understand the fact that they rope you all in the drive they, leaving you no choice but to sit, wait, and order. It seems as if they were taking 10 minutes per car. There were 7 cars ahead of me?♀️ When you call in and ask to be key out, they can’t. In my opinion I felt kidnapped. I couldn’t leave when I wanted too??
Review for Saturday, May 28th around 8:30pm. Drove up but wasn’t concerned about extremely long drive thru line because they usually fast. However, after waiting about 15 minutes, I realized there were no staff taking orders outside. Eventuality 2 staff did come out to take orders. 45 minutes after initially getting in line I got my order. When I got home and opened box of 4 strip chicken strips I was really disappointed to see there was only 1 full strip, half of another strip, and about a nugget size 3rd “strip “. Wasn’t going to write review after 1 bad experience but after seeing several bad recent reviews I think the owner needs to be aware of what’s going on there
Very poor service. Placed an drive thru order as they only offer that. We had a flight to catch and the drive thru lane was very long, so we kindly requested them to just hand our order in the store and they denied thrice.
I am so disappointed with this location. It has been one inconvenience after another. If they are messing up my orders its something else. I came to get food for my family but now they are only doing drive thru. The are ridiculously long so there is now to think that I can get my food in a decent time. This is not the customer service I am used to from chick fil a. This makes me not want to ever come back again!
Got the food through drive thru. Long line but the staff goes to the car to take order which makes the wait time shorter. Good food and great service. Highly recommended.
I placed an order at 8:38AM for a pickup inside. I waited inside to 9:05 AM when I was finally handed my food. Once I was in the car I checked my order the muffin was hard, egg was cold, has brown were cold. Of course I didn’t have time to have this order remade since I was on my way to work and I’d probably be waiting another 30 minutes so I left. I always order from this location since it is near where I live and work and this is the first time my order was not up to standards.
Severely understaffed, always a long wait even if you order ahead. Ordered a "sunjoy" & two Dr peppers, ended up with 3 iced teas with no ice after a 20 minute wait. The staff who have been there for years remain friendly and welcoming. One time was rushing to get food and was stopped as they close in 10 minutes.. okay?? & now that you stopped me I only have 8 minutes?
