Food all tasted the stale, old oil used.
I’ve had so many issues with the female with the black hair black straight hair that works in the afternoon time she’s rude her attitude is nasty and she barely speaks English the new system that they have with the robot is ridiculous it does not accurately get orders I was overcharged I was only offered medium and large and when I got to the window the price on the menu was not the same price as what my total was supposed to be and the female had an attitude and she then proceeded to tell me that the prices are only going to tell me medium and large even though it shows the price for a small on the screen I contacted corporate I’m supposed to be waiting on a manager to call me back I have not yet heard from anyone this is ridiculous what kind of business is this and I only have these issues with the female
Staff easant but the automated ordering system doesn't work well
Checkers is just trash in general.... I only went here because it is close to my job.
Great for a quick on the go meal. I love their fries and sundaes. I get burgers sometimes...chicken wings and hotdogs just to name a few items. Check them out (pun intended) ?
Being generous with the one star. Sent there at 2 am n there was only 1 person working. On top of that she tells me they're only taking orders for UberEATS n doordash. Basically I felt like I wasn't that important. This is flat out inexcusable. I'll never get anything from this location ever again
Currently sitting in line there is 3 cars including mine. It’s been every bit of 30 mins. Than got to the window sat another 15 so far. I got one sandwich and it looked like the guy in front of me got the same. I have no idea how it takes 3 people 40 mins to make a single sandwich per car for 3 cars actually kinda impressive the level of effort put into being this slow. Had plenty of time to make some phone calls and then still have time to look up some similar reviews and type this out. I feel like I should update when I actually receive my meal lol
Terrible customer service. This employee was rude to my wife. He also had straws in his mouth while prepping the food and talking to customers (disgusting). When I confronted the shift manager about it, she defended the employee and took almost an hr to give me the store managers info. Only to find that she gave me fake information. I feel bad for Olivia the store manager. She deserves better. This is possibly the worst Checkers in S. Florida.
Ordered a 2 for 3 then made it a meal. got home and started eating and threw up. Fish sandwich was soggy and taste like old oil. I always go to checkers but after today I won’t be going to this one. Today at 6:30 ish
The drive thru line was about 5 cars in length when I arrived not a big deal. By the time, I got to speaker no one responded and then after a while I was told to hold on. I placed my order which so difficult because the person seemed distracted. I had to repeat my order several times until it was correct. When I got to the open window, the person was assisting someone at the walkup. I had time to watch a YouTube video. She took my card placed it in the machine walked away to get the food then handed me my food, card and closed the window. I never received a receipt. The food was hot though and without onions as I asked but this Checkers needs help the experience was disappointing.
