Changed my review from a 5 star to a 2 star we got auto gratuity of 18% on a table of 3 for a check under 100$. With no post up on wall or notifications on the menu! We usually leave 20% or more but the bothered us so much leaving the food being going a second thought!Food is good service should be better starting at the door if you are going to automatically be charged 18%
This place use to be great. I had not been here in a while and I wanted to eat hibachi, but this will be the last time I come here. I found the food to have not taste. I didn't even see them put garlic in the food. Also, the place needs a MAJOR make over. I am surprised it has passed inspection.
The food was very delicious and host very polite. However, once me and my guest ask that our bill be separated. The host separated the bill allowed two additional host to bring us our separated check. Next, I notice for my $40.00 meal the host helped herself to my account bye taking out a $6.00 tip for gratuity of 1.8 percent. This was very disappointing as a visitor too Florida on vacation, I would anyone who visit this place to pay with cash. I was planning on tipping her more but since she felt the responsibility to steal and show she knew her behavior was inappropriate bye allowing other host to presence the bill was very disrespectful and inappropriate. Beware of your cards at this location.
They have NOTHING ON BENIHANAS. I've heard great things about Blue Ginger, but you can't listen to what other people say. Waited an hour for a hibachi table (understandable for a Saturday night) the. Waited an extra hour for any service. I wanted to order the fried oysters, but the waitress informed me they aren't good and they are frozen and not made in house. The garlic edemame was DELICIOUS, but everything else went down hill after that. The onion soup tasted like water, the salad only had lettuce and mine was brown. I tasted my partners salad and the dressing was good, but the lettuce was so bitter. It definitely wasn't the dressing. The food was extremely salty. Like hit you in your jaw salty. I did like the birthday singing with what sounded like tambourines and the sake chanting. I most likely will not return.
such a great show the cooks gave us, everyone was super nice and the food was amazing. Totally recommend the yum yum sauce too?

The experience was nice , and the food was very good. I had the steak and shrimp with hibachi rice and yum yum sauce. Everything was freshly made right in front of us.

This is a really good hibachi restaurant. I’ve actually went 3 weekends in a row. But tonight we had a terrible experience. They sat us at a very crowed table, and added more chairs instead of asking the patrons to move their purses from the empty chairs already at the table. We ended up moving to another table. Then the drinks were mostly sour mix, so we sent them back, then the lobster smelled bad so my sister didn’t want it. Mind you this has never happened before so we were very surprised when my sister asked to take the lobster off and the manager on duty got SO ANGRY. Came to the table, yelled at us. Said we sent our drinks back and now this so they don’t want our business anymore. Literally said WE DONT WANT YOU HERE. My sister asked him to say it again on camera and he wouldn’t. Very very rude. I’m very disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed here tonight as we enjoy coming here and the rest of the staff was so pleasant on our other visits. But you only have to tell me you don’t want my business once.
