Zero if I could...wish I could rate the food but never got that far. 7 people stacked behind the bar. We sat at counter but must have had our invisible cloak on as we sat for 10 minutes and had no acknowledgement silverware or coffee. Just blank stares. So after 10 minutes of being ignored we debated leaving but stayed because everyone has bad days. But and however, when one of the staff ordered another get someone off the toilet, that was our sign to get hell up otta the awful waffle. Worst crew I've ever seen.
Great service and the food is good. The patrons on the other hand can be a bit rowdy.
Terrible!!! Walk in the establishment @10:31 & by 10:44 walked out because no the waitress did not make an attempt to take my order. The establishment was not crowded at all. One table near the bar were already having their breakfast, one table near the highway window were about ready to pay and other table also near highway window were about to get served with their. Behind the bar was the duty manager along with a waitress, two ladies washing dishes and the lady with the red polo shirt was to clean tables. All these employees saw me sitting there by table as you walk in the entrance but were rather to busy discussing their working schedule. It is not if my appearance was that of a homeless person. My was very professional. Also the lady cleaning tables did a very job on the tables due to the fact that my was so sticky from syrup.
Food was good, service was great. The two men we had attending to us had constant smiles and great attitudes. We went around 8:30 on a Tuesday and would definitely go again if the same workers were present.
The food was amazing and the customer service was even better. The workers were very nice and they made me feel very at home!! I would definitely check this place out if you’re in the area.
Stopped in for breakfast with 3. Was not super busy. 2 of us ordered hash brown bowls, hold the hash browns. This is my go to order at WH since I don't eat potatoes. I understand it's a modification, but it's really not a big one. Waitress put in the order in and the line cook got really upset. We left after 5 minutes of listening to him complain, very loudly. Highlight of the rant was "we're not here to make people whatever they want."
They know how to turn tables. This place was absolutely packed. We thought we would be waiting for quite a while it was only about 10 minutes. Our drinks never went empty our food was delivered very quickly
Went for late night coffee and food. The basics. The people that run this location are wonderful and care so much. It elevates this humble establishment into a must go.
I walked in and asked for a to-go order. I was told they were not doing any to-go orders because they didn't have any to go plates. I looked above the lady and noticed plenty of to go boxes. She consulted with the other 2 employees and they agreed they were not doing any To go orders but if we really wanted to order they would make an exception for us. They were not friendly at all. My party of 4 decided it would be best to find somewhere else to eat.
My first time at the Waffle House. Loved it! Great waffles, not too thick. Coffee was good and all of our meals were tasty.
