This is an excellent food and wine bar.very friendly and attentive staff.with a great menu.started off with a great charcuterie board.my son at a cheeseburger and fries.my daughter tomato basil soup.i had a oyster BLT.all were very good selection.finished up with a nice grilled lemon pound cake with cinnamon ice cream for dessert. If you are in the sandestin area, you should give this restaurant and wine bar a try.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. They were right on the money pairing wine with the food of our choice. Their German Riesling's are so good and pair well with the oyster crostini if its available. We love coming here and make it a point to stop when we are in the area. Great service, great wine and great food!

Good food with a relaxing atmosphere. Great service with an attentive staff. The servers are efficient with good timing.

This restaurant was impressive, they have seasonal food which is great, gluten free options and vegan as well. We ordered several appetizers, one that stands out is the focaccia with brie and other amazing ingredients, so good… Had the Grouper with pickled shrimp, polenta and other fresh ingredients, so yummy. My brother had the Ribeye which was out of this world. And my ultimate favorite was the Pecan Pie with their own made cinnamon ice cream ? it was the best pie I’ve ever had & the ice cream was perfection. Will definitely come back again when I return to Destin.

Located in the Sandestin Town Center in Sandestin, Florida, VIN’TIJ is a not to be missed dining experience, we thoroughly enjoyed a relaxed dinner on a Friday evening and were not disappointed. The bar offers up a great selection of imbibing’s, drink specials daily, wines by the glass or bottle are offered for just about all their vintage selections, by the glass servings include a 3oz or 6oz pour, and the wine list is quite extensive. We arrived about 15 minutes before our reservation time, and were sat immediately, reservations are recommended, in fact, upon our arrival several parties before us were turned away without reservation, the bar was even packed with no room for overflow. Our server approached within a few minutes of seating along with fresh glasses of water while introducing the specials menu and asked for our drink orders and if we had any starters to order. Three of us ordered wine by the glass and one drink from the specials menu. We started out with the $10 Bread Basket, which is served with herbed olive oil, roast garlic puree, marinated and stuffed olives assortment, roasted red peppers and parmesan cheese. We requested a side of hummus which was roasted red pepper and typically only served on the charcuterie board. The bread was a selection of fresh baked ciabatta and crostini slices, both were quite good. The specials included a Grouper with Mango Salsa served with miso broth and rice ($50), three in the party ordered this special, I ordered the Shrimp Fettuccini Primavera ($32), made with house made pasta. Both were fabulous, and enjoyed by all.

We had a very memorable dinner at the former location many years ago and had pretty high expectations for this visit - it absolutely met and exceeded our expectations. The location is a beautiful open space - with the same great wine market where guests are encouraged to browse between courses. Food and service were both exceptional. All menu items seem to have a slight twist to make them unique and memorable. Staff was very knowledgeable about wines and made some great recommendations. We’ll definitely return.

We had a lovely dinner at Vin Tij and have been patrons of this restaurant for at least 10 years. I ordered the grouper at market price and did not ask the price. My mistake. We were shocked when our bill came as the grouper was $55.00! Again my mistake for not asking but this is a local fish not imported from another country. Prices are definitely rising but this was a little over the top

AMAZING!! Ribeye was perfect, specialty pasta was to die for with the best shrimp I’ve ever had. The focaccia for an app was super tasty, small portion.

Cloudy Thursday turned into a wonderful afternoon with appetizer, a glass of wine, and late lunch with a great server named Alexander (Thanks, Alexander! Welcome to FL.) Service was amazing and in a timely manner for a weekday. Food was well appointed and VERY tastie! I WILL be bringing out of state guests back to share in this experience of dining outside on your patio. The inside is beautifully decorated, but my IL.guest preferred the outside venue at Vintij. No complaints for our choices of pulled pork sandwich and the specialty of the day, pork medallion with tomatoes, spinach, a brii cheese, & homemade pastas to enhance the meal.

Atmosphere was very inviting and flowed nicely. Our server was friendly and prompt and he knew the menu very well and answered all our questions. We started with oyster crostinis which were divine! Our group had the vegan lucky bowl with blackened grouper, pan seared salmon with shrimp, and the raspberry port wine salad with shrimp. Everything tasted fresh and hot and was amazing!! Would definitely come back to this place again!
