Because we were not guests at the Hilton( we were staying at nearby Beach house), we were NOT allowed to come into the Lobby to go to the Coffee Shop to get pastries to go…. You’d think they would want paying customers…. Their loss!!

We were searching for a coffee shop and this popped up. It was within 2 miles which took 20 minutes and then it was behind 2 gated areas in the Hilton hotel. We just wanted a “coffee shop”. Not a detour like this. It may be fabulous but it should say in the beginning that it’s located in the Hilton.
Coffee was awful and took forever only because I didn't leave a tip. My husband and I are big tippers after the service is completed because we both have been in customer service for 10+ years and hold it to a high standard. Definitely won't be back.
