Sat in drive thru for 20 mins. Pulled up to order, and they said delivery only even though the hours posted on signs and online stated otherwise. Employees mandating services rather than corporation or management.
Local here; I price myself on being an equal opportunity lover when it comes to race and bringing up race in ANY circumstance i am hesitant...But the jamaicans that are flooding our areas workforce... The majority of them hate white Americans. Corporate businesses are hiring them under the J1 program to save money on wages and their service suffers for it. Walmart, fast food, all the grocery stores...if you want service with a smile from a jamaican you wont get it unless he or she is working for tips.This taco bell location is particularily bad.
This store has consistent poor service. This time, they took our order and then told us they were out of half the items after we had paid for them. And of course their solution was to swap items with cheaper things. After requesting a refund they just hand you attitude with multiple employees yelling at you thru the window. This location is a constant embarrassment to Taco Bell.
The worst taco bell I have ever had!!! And I been around for a while. Got a toasted chalupa box the shell was burned unrecognizable. And hardly anything inside.Cold like it had been made hours ago. Very disappointed
Was in the drive-thru and all the lights were turned off. When we ordered almost everything was out. Also the inside has been closed for 2 months.
this place closes at least an hour early every day you can drive up to the window and see the employees ignoring the drive thru doing nothing won’t even look at you sometimes they do this in the middle of the day toowhat else do you expect from a taco bell run completely by people here on work visas
Worst service. Terrible attitudes. Was told to order when ready and then when I stated I was ready. No response. Said I was ready louder. Then was told I needed to hold on and I didn’t have to yell at her. Honestly embarrassing how horrible the service was. They need a reality check for sure. Being nice and patient isn’t that hard. But seems like it was above their mental capacity.
Taco usually always gets 5 stars in my book. This one had some young employees playing some explicit music very loud. Didn't bother me, as I enjoy most of what they were playing, but unprofessional to say the least.
Doesn’t even deserve 1 Star! TERRIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY STAFF! We sat in the drive-thru line for almost THIRTY MINUTES! NOT MOVING AT ALL AND CLOSED IN! NO WAY TO ESCAPE THE LINE!! We had a nice man in front of us with hungry young kids in his van who had already ordered his food, he walked up to the window asking what the hold up was and they all came out the back door screaming at us that is was Door Dash orders. They laughed at everyone in line and went back inside. The man in the van got out of his vehicle again and asked the cars in front of him to move so we all could leave. As we were driving through the line passing the window they were laughing and flipping everyone off. ABSOLUTELY LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY WERE RUNNING DOWN THE CLOCK! We showed up at 10:00 knowing you close at 11:00. GET TO WORK!! We ALL work!
2 very rude Jamaican girls in the parking lot explained to me I was stupid for thinking the 8am open time on Google was correct, then shows me the door says 9am. Then I go around to drive through and it says 930. Then she says the door says 9 or later. Horrible service Horrible business practices
