THEY LITERALLY SCAMMED ME I ordered $150 worth of pizza it never showed up after it said it was delivered and on the phone they said they would transfer me to manager and then the manager hung up on me after being on hold. LOL GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
We ordered the large $10.99 three topping pizza special. We asked for pepperoni, green peppers & mushrooms. We wanted a thicker crust & was charged an additional $1. We waited outside for 20 minutes for the pizza. When we got home there was hardly any toppings on it. I counted 6 thin slices of green pepper & 5 slices of mushrooms - not enough to put on every slice. There was 1 piece of pepperoni for each slice. We would have been better off buying a frozen pizza from the grocery store / cheaper & more toppings. We won’t order from here again
I placed my order through the app, the order showed ready for pick up and was supposed to be delivery. I called and a representative told me that store could not deliver, she then told me to go pick it up. When I got there the site was closed for remodel. How can I place an order at a store that is closed and then be told to drive down to the store from a representative, same closed store.
Pizza was fresh out of the oven when we received it. The crust was nice and crispy, and the toppings were on our half-and-half pizza as requested. Just what we wanted!
Wish you could add the ability to give clear instructions instead of just 12 caricatures!
I ordered my pizza over the phone came in to pick it up they could not find my order and when they did the woman did not wash her hands and went back to making food after taking several people's money she was wearing gloves but did not change them then when the guy that was making my pizza walked out he had what looked to be scabies going all the way up his arm with pimple like lesions so after waiting in the store for 20 minutes I waited 20 minutes before I came that's when they said it would be done so 40 minute total wasted because even though I laid my money on the counter once I seen the sores I did not want to touch the money also it just felt so dirty in there and it's stuck so I just turned around and walked out left my money laying on the counter instantly went and scrub my hands with hand sanitizer could not wait to get back to the condo to wash them before I had to go to another restaurant to get dinner from a proper Pizza joint
Ordered 3 pizzas and wings and have been waiting 2.5 hours and my order still isn't ready. I have never experienced this and it's our 1st time in Destin Beach and will never deal with Pizza Hut again. Nobody at this chain is even concerned or has any explanation. Even at the busiest times, it shouldn't take 2.5 hours to get an order out. It wouldn't let me leave a zero rating!
It was a horrible experience and the pizza was cold the breadsticks were so cold it had a layer of unmelted butter on the top there were 9 people demanding their food employees had no idea what was going on the most unorganized pizza hut I have ever been to!
It has been a while since I ordered from Pizza Hut. The pizza was ok but not as fresh as I would have expected and the price seemed high for the size and quality of the product
