The old lady up front that needs to retire was rude, they do not have ranch for the salad, nor do they have sweet tea. The wait was over 30 minutes also and the food was horrible. Stick to subway!!!
The staff had a bad attitude on 5/23/22, the place súper dirty, nowhere to sit that was cleaned, floor every step had food. I work in the same outlet and we are under staffed as well plus the AC is out and we will make it work with cleanliness and better attitudes. Very disappointed!
Love this place. Great food, good variety menu, never have any issues there, except on a couple occasions I got the wrong items for my order, but whenever it's happened they always fix it for you no problem.
ALWAYS very hit and miss.50/50 chance on getting food poisoning legitly every time.Food is not worth what you pay for it and its not fresh. Salads are completely frozen 90% of the time. But this is super close to my work so its easier to get food while on the clock... but i pay for it.
I imagine this is as good as any other Panera. I was surprised how much I paid for a small amount of food that was decent but not worth going back for. This location is convenient if you're shopping at Silver Sands outlets and it's located in the middle of the mall's parking lot.
Panera is Panera. We went here as we have food allergies and know what we get. Systems were down so they wouldn’t take our gift cards or rewards. Food was fast and tasty. Facility clean. Wait times to long to check out.
Good food and a comfortable atmosphere.
Always good food and drinks. Friendly service.
I have had breakfast and lunch at this Panera numerous times over the past few years. It was closed for a while during the first pandemic. Unfortunately, in the process, a couple of employees working at the front desk have apparently not returned. My most recent experience was disappointing and would not have happened in a previous incarnation of the store. The chain emphasizes joining their "coffee club". I am not a member but do always enjoy their coffee. On this trip, that was not the case. The cashier noted the decaffeinated coffee was out as a brewing machine was not working but it would be out shortly. Unfortunately, it turned out the light brew coffee was also out. There was Hazelnut coffee which is usually excellent. In this case, it was barely warm. The decaffeinated coffee never showed up in the next half hour and the other missing or lukewarm coffee was not replaced either. No one appeared to be checking or working on it. So, coffee club members were out of luck. The two of us there for breakfast were also out of luck. There was also no butter available. That in itself would not be worth mentioning normally, but seems to be part of the problems in the store. It could be supply chain problems (although the local grocery stores have plenty of butter in stock).Several of the booths have seats that are worn through and broken plastic is sticking up. A person sitting down needs to be careful as the plastic pieces can be painful when hit at the right angle. On the positive side, the steel cut oatmeal was good as was the artichoke cheese quiche.Perhaps the chain is suffering from not being able to hire more employees or supply chain problems. It was a disappointing visit. Fortunately, buying coffee from the local grocery stores is not a problem and the pot at home works well.
The service was unacceptably slow. We ordered a smoothie, 2 yogurt parfaits, and a croissant. Only the smoothie needed to be fixed. Everything else was premade. It took over 25 minutes. They only started it when I finally asked if it had been lost.
