Great food, service, and staff
I wish I had read the reviews before going here! This place deserves zero stars. I have been to 100s of Jimmy John’s and never had any issues until this one! Horrible and gross is an understatement.Delivery was 45mins but pick up was 10mins so I decided to just go and place my order in store. I walk in and two men are making sandwiches one was on his cell phone. I stand there for a good 5mins before the man on my phone who was closer to me ask if I’m there for a pick up order, I said no I need to place one, he then hangs up his cell and walks over to register to take my order he puts it into the computer all while wearing the same gloves he had been making these 3 sandwiches with and on his phone with, then proceeded to start making my sandwich without changing his gloves, as I notice this I look behind him and the other man is wiping his nose with his wrist because he’s got gloves on making sandwich’s, he does this a couple of times wiping his nose and goes back to making the sandwiches, I then politely ask the guy making my sandwich if he could replace his gloves as he was just touching the register and his phone. He gets an attitude rips them off then proceeded to touch his phone again. I said no thank you I’m not getting a sandwich, you not only touched the register where you handle cash but you touched your dirty phone. Germs are still a thing and money and ur phone are some of the dirtiest things. I decided to write corporate about this store because these men need to learn kitchen standards and human decency!
Lazy attitude service, orders were wrong, took over 10 min to get food. Not a good location.
Didn't give me an option of 0 stars. Took 1.5 hours to get food, got it and it was burnt, called to let them know, manager was rude, delivered another one, sandwich was ok but delivery drive states " so, what's the problem?, if you want soft bread, maybe you should request soft bread, are you guys good noe?". I was too dumbfounded to even respond! Will NEVER order here again!

Ordered my food and waited almost 2 hours (considered short staffing) for them to tell me they hadn't even started on my order and they don't have the bread for my sandwich. I had to call at that. The guy that I spoke to on the phone was absolutely rude. Not sure how this place is in business still especially for the location it is in. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere.
We ordered delivery last week…took 2 hrs. We tried canceling the order. Even corporate said that wasn’t possible because it was marked out for delivery. Went to pick up line today. Order was wrong, servers were rude. Destin has so many things going for it, but customer service is not one of them

I ordered ahead and it took 50 minutes to make 4 sandwiches. So FreAky fast.
Without going into tons of detail, we weren't impressed. Staff was not friendly, bordering on rude. Freaky fast is not part of the vocabulary here, at least if you order in store to go. The only thing keeping my review at 3 stars is that the sandwiches were very good. We would not revisit because there are so many other places in the area that made us feel more welcome.
I don’t ever complain, but I feel obligated at this point. I ordered THREE sandwiches at 5:14. It is currently 8:12 and I’m actually still waiting. That’s how frustrating this entire situation is, I haven’t even received my food yet and I’m complaining. It’s been three hours. I could have walked to Publix, bought all of the ingredients, came home, wait for the dough to rise while I do a couple loads of laundry, write a nice poem, meditate, take the clothes out of the dryer, fold everything, put it away, then make sandwiches for my entire village and still have time leftover. I live 1.5 miles from this place. Never again in my life will I even think about a jimmy johns sandwich.
