Ordered a strawberry donut with sprinkles, they gave me regular strawberry glaze and when I said it was the wrong one, they just sprinkled sprinkles on top, pretty much all the sprinkles falling off of it. Then I got an everything bagel with cream cheese. Possibly the worst one I’ve ever had. Feels like they popped it in the microwave instead of toasting it. It was mushy and smelled weird. Oh and no one answered the drive through so we had to go inside. Awful.

Service was good. Food was okay, but man did my coffee suck. Ordered a large coffee with caramel and cream and it tasted like cream water.

Drive thru not open, arrived at 530 when heading home and doors were locked (supposed to be open), could see employees inside, went the morning before and the attitude was bad at best.

Doesn’t open at 5am as advertised on both Google maps and on the door. Stop wasting peoples’ time and open when you say you will.

Trust me when I say spend the extra $5 and go to Starbucks….not worth the headache we dealt with.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We pulled up to the drive through 30 minutes after they opened (keep in mind, all we wanted was a dozen boston crème donuts).We were greeted with silence and there were people pulling up behind us. We tried pulling up to the window to see if we could order there. There were 2 workers inside, and one of them was by the window, but didn’t greet us. We pulled around and tried again, but to no avail.We then tried to order through the app and receive curbside pickup, but waited for over 10 minutes. I went inside to try to claim the order. I waited to be talked to, and when I was, I simply got pointed in the direction of my order.After checking in the car, the order was wrong so I went back inside to ask for the error to be corrected. After the lady at register gave me my donuts I thanked her and was promptly dismissed.I also would like to note that the other people that I saw go inside were not served quickly either.

Previously my experience at drive through was not good. That was well over a year ago. Today I came through as needed a small hot coffee to get my system going. Rarely do I now drink coffee. The manager gave me the best cup of coffee I have ever had at this location. Was the taste attributed to my not having coffee for a long time? Definitely not. The manner in which the beans were roasted, to the overall cup was The Original Dunkin Donuts flavor .Rich, full flavored and piping hot, so today we will give them all the stars. I believe management has changed and they are taking coffee seriously. Thank you girls.

IF YOU, PURPLE SQUARE, CANT ACCOMMODATE. THEN CLOSE YOUR DOORS. DRIVE THRU SHOULD NEVER BE CLOSED. WHEN I MANAGED THAT LOCATION. I DIDN'T HAVE THAT OPTION. THERE WAS MANY DAYS THAT I RAN IT BY MYSELF. SHAME ON YOU AS A COMPANY. WISH I HAVE AN OPTION FOR ZERO 00000 STARS. AND THEY HAVE 2 PEOPLE IN HERE BUT CAN'T OPEN THE DRIVE THRU ????????

Everything was perfect! The drink, food and service were all great!

Our coffee order was repeated twice. We went through drive through and didn't taste it until a few minutes later. It wasn't made to order .. Employee also wasn't friendly.
