It's Chick-Fil-A. If you're having to read reviews to determine if you should go... You've already messed up. Have you seriously never had even a small morsel of the manna from heaven? If not, let me explain some of the basics of this place of worship disguised as a fast food restaurant. Every visit to Chick-Fil-A should be a religious experience. Even atheists often find themselves questioning their belief system upon seeing the wonder's of how God can transform even a chicken into something pure and without sin. I speak of course about the Spicy Deluxe sandwich which I believe to be one of the few things that should be granted saint hood. I don't pretend to fully understand the transformation these fowl go through. I do however know that much like people of faith lead lives for the better after a baptism in water, the chickens seem to be changed into their penultimate earthly form when they take that baptismal plunge into the oily vats. Then to put that final bow on the experience the staff will always assure you that it was "My pleasure" no matter how undeserving or obnoxious you were on that trip. Go forth and eat chicken.
I'm a big fan of CF and Glad to see this one open. However it's slow when it's not even busy. Don't know who's idea it was to set the card terminal outside at the drive through??? If I'm in my car it's too high for me to see, if I'm in my truck it's too low for me to reach, and you can't read it if the sun is shining on it. There seems to be plenty of workers, it just doesn't seem organized.
At Miramar Beach location. Pamela (Staff) was so helpful when we told her it was or first visit to a Chick-fil-A she welcomed us with free cookies then she asked had we tried the sauce which she brought us. I am so impressed the food the price was spot on. Thank you Pamela!
Don’t press you are here before you are here for a mobile order. Someone took my order and I thought it would be faster that way, but I had to wait for them to remake everything!! Just unbelievable. This place is very busy during tourist season. Nice employees though!
Chick-fil-a food is consistently good, but I have noticed that while here in Destin FL the service has not been up to the typical standards that I have come to expect. Overheard at the drive thru window, negative comments about "spring breakers" and having to ask multiple times for dipping sauces while the attendant seemed put out at my request. Just to clarify, this is not an every occurrence experience and maybe the staff that evening were just having a bad day or maybe shouldn't be in a customer service industry.
can I get a refill? stud by the counter out of the way of any one and lady with no company shirt or branding yells for a person to refill my drink calling me a lady. Food was amazing and everyone was working hard on this busy Friday at 1:30 pm but wow. don’t mind all the other people walking in and out looking at me, I have no clue if this lady works here or not but they were all sitting there laughing including the cop in line. F that pig don’t star at me the rest of my time when I’m trying to enjoy that good sunjoy.
This Chick-fil-A is fast and has never gotten my order wrong. Delicious chicken sandwiches and God- what more could you ask for in a fast food restaurant?!
Donny and Julie, it was such a pleasure to meet you this morning. You helped me select and enjoy one of the best breakfast's around. I normally go through your drive thru for dinner. Inside is just beautiful, and filled with so much love and knowledge about your menu. ♥️ Stay Safe
Wow, what customer service, you've got to go in and meet Ricardo and Alicia. I wasn't sure what to order for dinner tonight. They both went over the menu with me. I got the most wonderful meal ever. Thanks again Alicia, she said she's only worked at Chick fil A for 2 weeks. Much thanks to Ricardo too.
Love the food, but $4.00 for a shake is a small cup? Whats up with that? No more large, just a small coffee cup. Sad
