Popped in here as a last minute dinner decision and left very pleased. Split and order of mussels, lobster ravioli and asparagus. I may have eaten the best asparagus ever! The prices are higher than other table service eateries but so worth it.
We have been to this particular restaurant before and had good service and food so I will start with that. However, we went back recently and had Bobby as our server. He started out by saying his name "just in case we wanted to complain about him" in a dry joking manner. I should have seen it coming from that statement. I ordered some blackberry sangria, which basically tasted like juice without alcohol in it, so I later ordered what I thought I was originally getting and Bobby makes a few comments regarding me ordering alcohol. He asks after my first glass of "juice" if I was "all alcoholed up" in a degrading tone. Keep in mind, it was one small glass that tasted like it didn't have any alcohol in it at all! And then after I had ordered my actual alcoholic beverage he makes some kind of comment like I was an alcoholic in a condemning manner. I was mad. I had this with a full meal and was quietly enjoying my stay except for being harrassed by Bobby, the server, throughout the meal. A glass of juice and a small margarita does not consist of a lot of alcohol. I'm sure there are a lot of people that order way more alcohol than I did all of the time. Bobby was a complete jerk and should have not treated me the way that he did. Bobby ruined my meal and my experience at this restaurant. The way he treated me was uncalled for and not good customer service at all!
Stopped for a quick light Saturday lunch. Service not bad nor great. Our server got our order of bread dip trio, Ceasars salad and house salad, but was slow with the dips and bread. We mentioned we needed refills of drinks and sauces and mentioned it to another server. We saw our server sitting around and still slow service. There were very few folks in the resturaunt at the 3pm time, so they were not over tasked. Food was OK. Not a place I need to return to.
We picked The Carrabba's because a friend gave us a gift card and it was close to our Condo. We arrived for an early dinner at 5 pm and were seated right away. Our waiter was skilled, efficient and friendly. The drinks ordered, Reisling and a Long Island iced tea, were well mixed and very good. My Sausage Lentil Soup was so good I list it as the reason to come here. Wife had the chicken marcela with penne and I had the sirlon. It was excellent. The 150 seat front room of the restaurant included a nice bar. Decor is a modern vibe, well kept with Sinatra playing in the background. Parking is plentiful and free. Liked best…the soup. Liked least…I'm really struggling with this one....my wife's salad was a bit light on the dressing.
This is such a nice place to stop and eat. They have a great staff and plenty of seating. The food comes quickly and is delicious.
This location of Carrabba’s is wonderful! Really great service and the food was cooked perfectly.
We are here visiting from Oklahoma City and wanted some Italian food we could have chose Olive Garden but no we chose this place first of all they sat Us in the back at a table one of the tiled were missing in the ceiling cold air was blowing down on us it took the waitress forever to bring our drinks and third the food was just nasty Alfredo didn't even have a flavor I had this so-called spicy chicken soup Bland will never ever return here again and our ticket was over $100
I had my food to-go and it was a great meal for the whole family. Portions are decent, price is reasonable, and it is a bit more authentic than Olive Garden when it comes to Italian-style chains. I had the chicken Bryan, which was great. Only complaint was from my father, who said his eggplant parmesan was kind of rubbery and salty. Otherwise though, the rest of my family loved the other entrees (spaghetti and meatballs, mezzaluna).
I am sure this is not new news, if somebody order food to go, pays the bill with with a corporate card, and is wearing corporate branded clothing to match the name on the card, said person is probably on what is commonly referred to as "Lunch Break." With the slightest bit if attention, a person in hospitality should infer utensils would be applicable in this situation. Instead, I was sent on my way with a Caesar Salad and Fettuccine with absolutely no way to eat it. I wonder if it will last 2 more days until I get home, where I have utensils to use. Is this place so financially unstable the cost of plastic utensils is beyond what their budget can afford? Here is a tip, try getting rid of the $3.00, oversized bag used to put the food in. Instead, use a $.15 plastic bag, then add a $.10 plastic utensils pack. The savings would be tremendous and it would eliminate my entire passenger side floorboard being filled. Not to mention the simple little things create repeat business. It was not that long ago businesses would pride themselves on customer service and their sole purpose was to have regular customers. I guess I am just old and can't come around to the new mentality of not caring about a satisfied customer because new ones come in every day.
Best lasagna ever. Excellent salads, bread and olive oil, great service. Their app makes it easy for curbside pickup.
