Impressive meal preparation, very good service, and a great atmosphere (and location) make this place a perfect spot to visit while in the area. Prices aren't that bad, either...
We had dinner on Saturday night, a busy time for area restaurants, and we were pleased with the friendly and efficient service. The food was good if not exceptional. We felt prices were reasonable.
I have memories of this from a few years ago in which it was a much higher end experience it has been reduced to a somewhat messy average Mexican food or above average. They definitely need to work on keeping the tables and floors more clean. Service was good food was average
The food was fabulous but what REALLY made our night was our waiter Jorge!!! We had a birthday girl who was allergic to tomatoes & lime & he not only ensured that none of that touched her plate but he helped with recommendations on what would be best for her! He is an INCREDIBLE asset to Cantina Laredo & we would come back JUST for the quality, friendliness, & service he provided us! THANK YOU, JORGE!!!
Wonderful food. The service was so fast that we were in and out in 30 minutes! Everything was delicious!
Ordered their fish tacos (signature dish) and couldn't even find the fish! Both the rice and beans were very bland. Can not recommend and will not return.
The bartender was scattered and was not serving people in order of arrival, he couldn’t remember anything that we asked for, and ignored us almost the entire time we were there. The fajitas were decent, the carne tacos were delicious but the beans, rice, and Queso were all from a can. The chips, salsa, and margaritas were definitely the best part of the meal.
