Always a line but the workers work efficiently and do a great job! They may need to learn more about the 10% off rewards program. I only say that because when I mentioned it the 3 times we went over vacay (lol way too much), they didn’t seem to understand! Otherwise, love the atmosphere!
This was my first experience at a Ben & Jerry's ice cream parlor. I had The Tonight Dough. It was very delicious. The service was quick and efficient. Would love to return to try another flavor.

When we arrived, we were the only people in the store. The staff seemed distracted and disinterested that we were there. I ordered a cone - hard to mess that up. My husband ordered a milkshake and got a cup of milk. We walked in excited and walked out disappointed.

My son and I went here yesterday. We did not get an acknowledged when walking in the door. At all today nor did we get served after the last customer left it took them at least 5 to 8 minutes before they even acknowledged us I was a little upset because they wasn't even busy they didn't have a lot of people in the lobby and there was probably five to seven employees there. But I kept my cool because I've done customer service and I've been a starver so I know it can be overwhelming sometimes please keep that in mind next time you go into a restaurant and you get a little upset they're only human give them little black God bless you guys and I hope you have a wonderful day
The employees were so kind and accommodating and gave me a binder with all the flavours and ingredients to make sure the ice cream I was choosing would 100% be gluten free…would definitely recommend stopping by to check out all the really unique and yummy ice cream flavours!
