Went a couple days back and had this awesome cashier named Jane she did her job so well y’all would make her a boss lady with some authority.. I believe she would be a great fit to your management team .. and the mango lemonade is fire .. and remember the HONEY MUSTARD
I went to auntie anne’s for lunch everyday i worked, and i had no problem using redeem codes until today. i went in and asked for a pepperoni pretzel and had my redeem code ready. The previous cashier had done this before a couple weeks prior no problem, the pep pretzel specifically. The cashier refused to let me use my code even though they expire after 20 minutes and she called some woman from the back, who i’ve never seen before and was in a short dress? The woman in the dress then started raising her voice saying i couldn’t use the code and that the redeem system was ‘down’. i then asked if i could just get the regular bites and suddenly it was ‘working’ without them even clicking anything. I felt so embarrassed because there was a line behind me and she had raised her voice at me like i was stupid. I wont be returning there if women in short dresses can yell at me and embarrass me like that.??
My favorite place in the outlet mall! Their pretzels are divine and I LOVE their smoothies. YUM!
We stopped in for the sausage bites with cheese! the lemonade was delicious too!
Looking for anyone who was refused service due to service animal. I plan on making a BBB complaint as well as other means to properly educate this franchise on what a federal law is.

Wasn't too crowded when me and a friend got there, and they had our drinks and food immediately after we ordered. Sitting outside was okay but overall it was pretty expensive for what we got.
Less options and higher prices than other locations I've visited in outlet malls, but the items are fresh and the peach lemonade is really good.
Our food was good. It wasn't too crowded when I went only 2 of 3 people ahead of me so ordering was decent speed. They do not take American Express which I know some places don't and I get they charge the business higher fees that's cool. The problem I have is with the pricing at this location. They could have paid Amex fees 10x over with their pricing. I have been to Auntie Anne's in several states over the years and never have I paid this much for their food. I'm talking double the price of others. Just pull up the menus of other locations.
