I plan a lot of meetings for work and tend to partner with amazing caterers to create a yummy experience for my clients. I have to say that Zuuk in Brickell is top notch. Not only is the food amazing, delicious, and quite generous, but Samantha was amazing at making it all happen easily. I am delighted to continue ordering from them for both personal and work events. Highly recommend them. Fyi the whole office thought the food was YUM!

This place is simple, fresh, tasty, and affordable. It was conveniently located near my hotel so I had to give it a try. I liked the fact that I was able to select whatever I wanted in my bowls. The serving portion is quite big, so it ended up being both my lunch and dinner. All of the protein items looked amazing, so I had to go with the slit option. The half/half option allowed me to try the lamb and chicken. It’s an additional charge though, if you go with that double/half protein option. Both lamb and chicken were delicious. I would have lunch or dinner here often if I lived in the area. Definitely give it a try.

Had the best experience here! The staff went above and beyond to assure that we were taken care of when the computer systems were down, even to the point of feeding us before we paid and following up throughout the experience. Delicious, fresh, healthy fast food, great for vegetarian options, and the portion sizes are usually good enough for two meals. One dollar sign $ price with four dollar sign $$$$ service. Highly recommend!

By far the worst falafels I’ve ever try . Cero seasoning at all . So sad. I was so hungry. ( ordered tru Dordash though)

The service is good, but the food quality has really gone downhill. I went for lunch (which you would think would be a busy time) and it was empty which should’ve been my first sign. When looking at the food options, I tried to pick whatever looked most fresh which was difficult because most of the food looked dry, stale, and cold. When I finally got my food- it in fact was dry, stale, and cold.Everyone was friendly and I enjoyed the service. It pains me to leave this review because everyone was so friendly, but I really hope this review helps open up training opportunities so that they can improve.A lot of restaurants on this block have shut down and I don’t want zuuk to face the same fate!

I should have listened to the reviews. These people are so desperate for employees they don't care who they hire, no food handling experience or common sense/social skills necessary from the looks of it. The person who began to assist me served the cauliflower rice into my bowl and there was a burnt piece of rice in it so I requested to have it removed. He picked up the rice with his gloved hands and, instead of throwing it away, he put it back into the cauliflower rice bin. ? Then I told him I don't want any cauliflower rice after seeing him just manhandle the rice back into the bin, he dumped the rest of the rice back in the tub. I should have listened to my gut and left right then and there, but I was already there on a short lunch.I asked for someone else to assist me and that's where his attitude and defensive communication began with me. All riled up, he told this wonderful girl to help me, completely interrupting her on finishing another customer's order and shoving her towards me. She was so kind and nice and served me my plate... Even while the same guy was practically on top of her serving a new customer and overpowering the space to where it made it difficult for her to serve me. That girl is a keeper, hell, make her manager and give her a raise! As a kicker, as she was serving me my toppings, the other customer requested herbs from the guy while she was putting the toppings on mine and he just shoved his hand into the herb bin and placed it on the other customer's plate. There were tongs not in use within the herb canister... There was no reason for him to use his hands, again. I know the girl serving me saw that as it was right in front of our faces. As I paid I requested the manager, I told her what happened with the herbs and the guy said I was lying while he was clearly very agitated and defensive/aggressive. The manager seemed not to care as when I told her this she acted indifferent... Maybe this happens often? Maybe she's tired of this guy? I don't know. The manager ATTEMPTED to calm him down and take him to the back and that was that...I was truly disgusted by this guy's food handling, attitude, aggressive response, and treatment of his coworker (putting his hands on her and shoving her away from her original task forcefully). You guys need to fire this ticking time bomb of an employee you've got. I hope you have cameras too.. Go look at 1:08pm - 1:20pm on 3/8/2022... I don't need to lie about anything, I just want good service and proper food handling, but that's too much to ask for.I'm never coming back. This experience was truly disturbing.

Terrible food quality. Everything’s stale. Obviously heated multiple times. THIS PLACE HAS TO BE SHUT DOWN BY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. I experienced this not once but multiple times. Never ordering again.

This place got me sick as a dog from eating there. I mean sick sick and I think it was the cheap burnt lamb or it could’ve been the cold rice they put in my bowl not sure but the people working there looked over worked and under paid. Here’s a tip don’t eat anything from off this block of food choices. None of them are satisfactory to a foodie. Great service, horrible food

Super friendly service - the guys working the counter made all the difference. Tasty food that feels like a Mediterranean take on the chipotle style offering and very good cookie. Highly recommend for a fast casual meal. Dining in and outdoors is pretty decent as well.

Great food but order incomplete they forgot one dish and no utensil or napkins. It's incredible in that it only takes a second for the server or to driver to check everything is in the bag, it's not rocket science. Just laziness.
