Regrettably , for the first time in years , we've been disappointed. Our waiter was missing most of the time and we had to ask to other waiters passing by , for our food and drinks several times. One of our guests had to wait over 30 minutes for her main course (while we were already having the dessert) . Empty plates were sitting on our table for some time , while waiters and bussers where passing by without considering to take it away. All this , while TWO men , assumingly "managers" were using their time joking and playing with cellphones with absolutely no control of the floor and service to guests. Food was as usual the best (even though , the variety was more limited than usual) , beside the "new" dessert that was not up to par with the "classic" and , the "micro-portions" of main courses. Please , rise the price again , but give us back the incomparable experience we've always had.(05/29/2022 - 14;00hours -brunch)

World class experience by far!!! Zuma is meeting & exceeding all expectations, nothing can be better! Truly an exceptional, amazing experience! My second visit, & we were just as pleased & impressed, so grateful for the experience. The food….amazing, the culture, ambiance, everything is top notch! Thank you Zuma for another amazing experience, would love if you guys expanded to Chicago ❤️

Food is amazing and staff is always very friendly. We have never had a bad meal, nor a bad experience here.

We came here to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary and the food and serve was STELLAR! Our meal was $270 but worth it via the experience! They were so sweet to accommodate us a table versus the bar after learning it was our anniversary.

Incredible setting, great drinks and well presented food. Let down by slow drink service. We arrived and were shown straight to our table, the setting if you get an outdoor table is incredible. It feels exclusive and luxurious but stylish enough not to be obnoxious. We ordered drinks, which arrived separately about 10 minutes apart which was irritating. We then sturggled to catch someone's eye to place a food order. We eventually managed to and ordered a selection of sushi, and some black cod. We also ordered some more drinks. The first course came out in about 10 minutes and was beautiful in presentation and flavour. However we were still waiting for our drinks. There was a big gap between the first plate and the second, the waiter kept catching our eye and looking away clearly he could tell something was wrong as our drinks still hadn't arrived. The black cod was one of the best presented dishes I have seen perfectly seared and served on a leaf making the seared white flesh all the more striking. The sashimi selection is some of the highest quality I have tried and rivals restaurants in Tokyo with it quality, very very impressed by this.We then spent another 20 minutes trying to catch the waiters eye to pay the bill. All in all a good experience but you would expect more for almost 300$ a head. I tipped the 22% as I feel part of the reason Brits are served so poorly in the US is because they think we won't tip but to be honest this preconception is becoming a self fulfilling prophecy as I see the waiters eyes roll on hearing my accent.

What a fantastic experience, everything about this restaurant is amazing. Great location and the restaurant looks stunning. We arrived and were immediately felt welcomed and seated quickly. Jonathon our server was the highlight, he offered a great insight to the courses and offered different wines for each course we had. We opted to choose our own courses and were surprised how full we were after, there is a chef choice menu which also looked fabulous but is a lot of courses!!! Oh and the cocktails were also fabulous Whilst this place isn’t cheap, the experience and food made this one of our highlight of an amazing trip to Miami.

You know i don’t complain unless you spend $250 a head to skip a Ferrari event bc you advertise in all the F1 stuff as having an “epic party.” Meager plates, no place to sit, ugly people with no where else to go. Truly awful experience. Avoid.

Un lugar muy acogedor el servicio fue de excelencia. Súper recomendado.

Had dinner outside right by the Miami River on a Sunday evening (passover). It was quite lively and many party boats drove up and down the canal. Attentive service and very good food up to the standard you would expect from Zuma. Can recommend the typical Zuma chocolate dessert, which is not on the menue.
