I like to eat out and don’t usually leave restaurant reviews, but I’ve given this place many chances over the past few years. And MAN, they have always been consistently terrible. From food quality to preparation, everything has always been mediocre at best.
I’ve had them forget my cookie once and today they forgot the meat in my bowl. I understand you can run out of ingredients but then call the customer or when we show up ask us if we would like something else. But, getting home, thinking everything is great and realizing youre missing something is disappointing.Also, from the perspective of a food delivery person. They used to be on point. The last couple times I’ve even accepted orders from there I have cancelled once I’m in and I see all the other delivery people waiting. I actually do ask about my order just in case and sometimes they haven’t even started.On the left side of the counter there’s a glass barrier and if you go there you will often see the Uber or DoorDash orders just sitting there.I think it would serve them and their customers to have a dedicated online order employee who focuses on those orders.The three stars if because the food is good and so is the quantity for the price.
If I could leave 1 star I would. The people who work here NEVER answer the phone. I placed an order on ubereats and their list of foods and sauces are incomplete and not the same options they have in store. I tried calling 10 times so I can clarify my order and not once did someone answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible habit. Disconnecting the phone line would be the same as having it on.
Today went to buy nachos and a quesadilla and calledto fix my order they never pick up the phone and to top it off I had to throw away my quesadilla away because there was a long hair in it how gross!!!?

My order was completely wrong. Nachos and Quesadillas came full of a white garlic sauce. No pico de Gallo as requested. I didn’t request that sauce. It’s smothered everywhere. Lost my money and I will never order from you again.
The epitome of unprofessionalism. Soooo rude and disgusting. We made an order on Uber Eats. It was 2 whole hours late , and they never answered the phone. They would answer and hang up! Extremely rude and careless, I’m speechless.
