Very good management and great customer service skills. I made an accident on my order and they corrected it without any issues.
When I came in to order my food it was no line , A woman came in after me which could have been 5 minute. So a whole 30 minute went by and I have not receive my order. Then about 5 minute more the woman that came in after receive her food before me. So I ask where is my order, and the cashier told they could not make too many fries at the same time. That was crazy to me because the lady had fries . So felt discriminated against me because I was the only black person inside the restaurants and they was not trying to get my order and also I was on my lunch break
Soggy fries and has been out of barbecue sauce. Really? Poor management.

The wings didn't have much sauce but the flavor of the chicken was good, the fries were watery and cold unfortunately

12/16/21 tried to order over the phone a young lady answered and immediately said hold on… long story short I pulled up 13 mins later and 2 ppl were waiting for food and the young lady taking orders was sitting in the lobby eating meanwhile I’m still on hold….smh
Horrible horrible fries !!!! Greasy and uncooked !!!! I’ve asked the manger Ismael to change fries three times and all 3 times I’ve received uncooked greasy fries. Cook needs lesson in cooking fries !!!! Disgusting ?
We order from this WingStop often and the food is always hot and delicious. I had an issue with the delivery service (not WingStop) and Ismael was very helpful and made sure I got my food quickly. If you’re a wing lover, try the Louisiana Rub and the Lemon Pepper!
