Do not go to Versailles Restaurant in Miami! The staff is rude and ignorant, they do not understand or fill your order correctly unless you speak Spanish, they fill your order Wrong every time, and then they insult you if you try getting them to correct your order. Bad attitude and Bad Service Every Time! Do Not Go!

The line was long to get into the restaurant. However, they are extremely organized, and things went quickly. The food and ambience were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the restaurant.

A friend took us to the restaurant, we had only a few minutes and we asked for a cortadito, It is like an expresso cofee, it was delicious, but the guava empandas, were so , so delicious. Before leaving Miami, the same day, I returned for more empanadas. Friendly staff

Excellent food and service on an iconic place of Cuban cuisine and dessert and superb colada and cafe con leche ( cortadito). familiar place.

I think it maybe it’s my taste but it was super salty for me. I enjoyed trying something new.The food came out fast and hot. The restaurant had interesting decor. The service really annoyed me because I didn’t think it was worth tipping when the service wasn’t there. If they only asked about how I felt about the food or a friendly smile instead I get a complaint reminder why I didn’t tip.I think tip is only necessary if the service was well served and my waiter didn’t live up to that expectation. No smile. No friendliness. He didn’t even bother to ask how I felt about the food. Instead, I just get a reminder I should tip.

I have been coming here for years and the lines get longer but this is pretty authentic Cuban Dining and absolutely worth a visit. My favorite dish is the Chicken Au Jus and of course the pitcher of Sangria! If your visiting Miami and touring Little Havana this a must!

We did not dine in but got a bunch of empanadas, croquettes and guava pastries to go. They were so delicious, we went back a couple of days later after we went to the Everglades even though it was 30 minutes out of our way. Empanadas are stuffed full and you really can’t beat these prices!

Delicious Cuban food. Felt authentic and home made just what we were looking for. Mega bonus is no diarrhea. It was very clean and pleasant. Highly recommend the desserts! One star off cause the paella was very over salted.

Very friendly staff and food was great! Very happy we decided to go here instead of the other places in the are. The prices were reasonable and we had a great time getting accustomed to Cuban food. Would visit here or bring family visiting the area for the unique experience.

I thought the food was only fair, much inferior to the local chains in Miami and south Florida. I also had to wait twenty minutes for a table of one at 4 PM on a Wednesday. The place is loud and crowded, not particularly comfortable, and the service is very slow. For detail…. I ordered a Cuban Sandwich and it was fair at best, I’ve had much better almost everywhere else. Their specialty White Bean Soup was lukewarm and watery, the ingredients weren’t very fresh. They don’t give free refills. It seems to be a tourist trap, but it’s not my kind of place, personally. If you want to see what the fuss is about and have a couple hours to spare, give it a shot. But if you just want a comfortable and authentic Cuban meal, this is not the place.
