This is by far the best wine bar in Kendall. Phenomenal Sommelier service by their owner Mike.Food is amazing, we had the sliders and Flatbread.. This find is our life saver. Thank you Vacillate !
Great little place. Nice ambiance, good foods and drinks. Last minute Friday night date night to a local spot was not a miss for the hubs!
Decent wine selection, limited menu but on point. Service was friendly and excellent. Nice ambiance and good place to come and have a great time. Loved it!!. Will be back!!

Trabajo en Vacillate desde hace más de 3 años, siempre eh amado mi sitio de trabajo es muy acogedor, puede ser romántico para aquellos que buscan un espacio para una complicidad de Amor, también es bueno para aquellos que buscan pasar un rato divertido lleno de risas, música, buenos vinos y amplio menú de tapas que aunque es criticado por muchos también es amado por otros. Aquí se trabaja arduamente, empezando con gran pulcridad en nuestros espacios, nuestras tapas NO SON PRECOCIDAS como muchos lo han descrito en sus comentarios nosotros elaboramos cada plato con esmero, dedicación, sabor y amor para que cuando llegue al comensal sea degustado con pasión. En lo particular pienso que tanto mi persona como el equipo que trabajo conmigo día a día damos el 100% a nuestros clientes para que sientan ah gusto y tengo un pronto regreso a nuestras instalaciones
We are always looking to explore new mom and pop businesses in the area and happy we gave this location a shot. The flavor to all the food was on point! I was in the mood for shrimp and can say for me that was the stand out item of our meal but for my wife it was the meatballs. The shrimp had a fire grilled taste with a flavorful garlic seasoning. The meatballs were juicy and tender with a great meat flavor with a dash of sweet sauce. I have to mention we also got the Parillada Picada that cant be left without mention. The meat and chicken were perfectly grilled and truffle fries were amazing. The only thing I could say was not ideal is the sausage needed a little more time on the grill for more of a char but that is just personal preference. I would highly recommend this place to eat when you are looking for a sharable meal to pair with some drinks.
On 2/12/22 my friends and I had a very pleasant experience at Vacillate Wine and Beer Bar. Starting off with the excellent service provided by our server Antonella. The cherry on top for our experience was the very delicious Tapas by Lucy. Lucy actually stopped and chatted with us for a few minutes. We had such a great time that we are actually going back today! I highly recommed dining here with friends and family!

We were a group of five ladies that stopped by for happy hour on a Thursday. Service was going great until about 5:30pm. What I would assume was the manager approached us letting us know the house wine was no longer available since it was ladies night the night before and all was consumed with the exception of the three bottles we just ordered. She became super aggressive & arrogant when we told her it was barely 5:30 and the least she can do was honor the HH price. At that point we just ordered the bill to leave. She later came back with a much better demeanor and offer a free bottle of wine on her. She did try at that point but it was too late. We were the only ones in the place and we were consuming food and drinks. Has her attitude been different we would have stayed much longer. Needless to say we paid and went elsewhere. I would definitely steer clear of this but place. Wanted to love it since there’s no wine bars in Kendall. What a shame but that attitude was definitely a turnoff
