I bought a trailer 3 months agoThank you guys to make my new businessI’m very proud

My food truck was ready in the time we agreed and the quality was excellentThank you guys for this amazing work

Amazing work my Truck is a dream come trueThank you United Food Truck

My experience with United Food Truck was nothing but amazing! My sales rep Peter was straight forward and explained the process to me A - Z. The walkthrough was very helpful as I’ve worked in restaurants before but never in a Food Truck so it was all new to me. I waited around 6 weeks for my Food Truck which is an average turnaround time. The truck is fantastic and I’m excited to get my business rolling!

I was getting a couple of different quotes for my Trailer and United Food Truck was the best quality for dollar. Irene was explaining to me how to reserve a date, the payment plans, and also kept me up to date on how my project was coming along. UFT just made it easy plain and simple. Will definitely be coming back next year to get my second one!

For me a food truck is not only an investment, but also a dream. The United Food Truck team helped me make it happen. They accompanied me from the layout and the choice of equipment to the licensing procedures. A phrase that I will never forget that they told me was "welcome to the family" and I really felt that way throughout the process of my truck. I recommend them for that and the excellent quality.

If I could give Zero stars i would! Your company and the 2 people I've dealt with are nothing short your basic used car salesmen of the 70s and 80s. I paid $50,000 for a food truck and have had nothing but delays and miscues by your company. I've tried to resolve them with Peter and Irene. All I ever get is Peter apologizing and Irene denying all of it and blaming someone else I.e. the transport company. Here's what I've deat with since the day my truck was delivered. The window on the driver's side had to be lifted manually in order to roll it up. On the door, there were no brackets just 2 holes in the glass. When I mentioned this to Peter, he said that I knew about this. There's no way I'd have accepted that! Next the brake light on the dash stays lit, although the emergency brake is released. The emergency brakes don't really work properly. The Blinkers, although they blink if I'm changing lanes, they instantly stop if I have to Brake. All of these things you at first denied. Then when threatened with legal action you somehow found new brackets for the window and sent them to me. But, I still had to pay to fix something that should not have been sent. Next, while doing the a video walk through with Peter a few days before it was going to be transported up to me. We found a few issues. One being that there was no awning on the truck! Though I had cleary paid for one. It seems that it was hastily installed on the truck and to this day, it does not work as advertised by the company video Peter sent me. Also upon installation, there seem to have been an accident where one of the LED light fixtures was damaged. I brought that to the attention of Irene, who promptly blamed the transport company. United took ZERO responsibility. Although it was very clear that had hit something. like i told Irene, there'd be damage to the awning and the truck. There isn't. Next and this is one of the bigger issues. After being told they'd rectify any and all issues we found on the first video walk through, Peter informed me before we hung up that he'd video chat me again in a few days to go over all the improvements. Well, that was a lie! Because he never tried to get ahold of me. So I'm sure they knew to do a couple of things, then simply get it on the truck and the new owner would have no choice but to accept it because I had already paid it in full. This Company just never felt right to me after the initial salesperson I was dealing with simply was no longer. I wonder what really happened to her. She was literally gone from a $50, 000 job. Hmmm it makes you think. Now, heres the kicker! The first day I went to open! My first event where I was the sole truck at a venue with over a 1000 people. I started the day excitedly. I went into my truck to turn on the equipment to light the pilots so I could get started. And guess what happened next? My truck caught on fire! The lines behind the equipment were not tightened or were not installed properly. And there is no way they were ever inspected. Peter knew this to be true because he instantly got on the phone to get someone out to try and fix it. It took over 4 days for your tech to come out. The wires were burnt on the fryer and there was some burn marks on the wall. Then your tech said to my truck manager that this should never have happened! That this truck is a safety hazard. There are gas lines that should be in the truck, but are for some reason under the back flimsy diamond plate the call a bumper. There is a pipe inside one of the boxes that holds the propane tank that is literally bent at a 45° angle. But, Irene blamed it on the transport company. That's her go to move. This company wasted so much time getting me my truck. Told me or made me promises they never kept. One-of them being they'd put a camara in the truck during the build so I could see the progress and if something wasn't right, I could see it and tell them. When someone asks me where I got my truck. I tell them that Golden Wraps out of M

I've worked with United Food Truck and I can say that they're extremely passionate and professional about what they do. Building a custom food truck in so little time is an amazing feat of engineering and I really don't know other companies that can do it at this quality and for this price.

In my opinion, these 5 star reviews are either fake, or people that don't build stuff for a living. I bought one of their truck's that was built about two years ago, and the quality is atrocious! It's not even things that the previous owner did or did wrong... It's structural issues such as abhorrent welds that fall apart with a tap of a hammer, rivets sized too small for their intended use and load that inevitably broke loose, unsquare and uneven cabinets and counter surfaces, poor overall design that filled every nook and cranny with grease (because seems weren't caulked or sealed) or carbon (because their hot well was basically an open flame underneath). The flat top fell through the original tabletop they built, because it was not planned or built properly. The clean and grey water tanks weren't secured even remotely close to half decent. One tank was simply not secured, and the gray water was secured with one thin strap and two screws (the previous owner verified this is how they built the truck for them). I don't know if anyone knows how much force is generated when you slam on the brakes and have 200 pounds of water trying to move forward, but it's a lot more force than a couple screws can hold. On the surface, their kitchen was pretty, but I have spent an entire month re-welding and re-engineering the entire kitchen to make this truck safe, durable, and something that is actually worth the money a new build costs. To the review response: you can threaten legal action all you want. Nothing in my review comes even close to libel. It's clear that a review is an opinion, and there were two possible reasons I gave for all the 5 star reviews which negates your claim that I made a direct attack on your actual customers rights (which really makes no sense). Further, it's telling that rather than address your quality issues, your first step is to make threats. You could have approached this differently and had a different outcome, but I will not be bullied by a company. My review of your work is honest, and my review will stand.

The worst post selling service ever !
