Me and my husband were really excited about this place till we walked inside. No one acknowledged me, my husband or my baby. We felt very uncomfortable seeing how the staff greeted everyone else but no one acknowledged us. After we paid for the food, I couldn’t even stomach the sandwich and I just threw it out. Not a good experience at all.

Toasted is my absolute favorite GO TO for a quick meal in Brickell. The team there is always so warm and welcoming. I will say for a bagelry they make damn good wraps.

We ordered an breakfast bagel tray for our bridal party. We had 18 bagels, spreads, 2 jugs of coffee, etc. They could’ve provided more spreads and butter for the bagels, but the bagels were still delicious. The bagels were actually ready 15 minutes ahead of schedule which help me make an earlier delivery to the bridal party. I also ordered myself a toasted salt bagel with chive cream cheese and a cappuccino. They were delicious. Very friendly service.

Nice bagel shop with a variety of bagel and breakfast options. Perfect place to grab breakfast, coffee, and sand which for dinner/lunch. Walking distance from Brickell.

This location on Brickell is very nice and chic the vibe is different but equally pleasant as the Midtown location. The different variety of cream cheeses makes it difficult to choose. The jalapeno cream cheese is ? you may want to ask to try it first. And I like that it's not just a flavor.. you actually see the scallions and the jalapenos. The scallion cream cheese is very tasty. I love that they give you a portion that can spread over the entire tasty fresh bagel . The asiago bagel has REAL asiago cheese all over it. Mouth watering. So if you're bread conscious... why are you here... but anyway you can ask to have the bread scooped out. Or opt for a skinny bagel. A recommendation: Normandi (bagel & Lox w/ jalapeno cream cheese) you're welcome!!The sandwiches are cooked to order. Super fresh with great quality. Now if you're brave enough to try the massive croissants ?... you won't be disappointed. Fresh, flaky and tasty. And the crumb cake? get your own. No one wants to share the delicious chunk of sweetness. And to top it off. The staff is great and friendly. ??There's no bagel like the Bagelry. Bon Apetit.

Yummy quick breakfast! The bagel selection seems to go way down by around noon so if there is one that you want go earlier rather than later.

After reading about the bagel sandwiches their place offers, I knew I had to stop in and try them. So I got a Normandi Lox on an Asiago bagel with chips; I also ordered two hot coffees. The sandwich was very delicious similar to any smoked salmon sandwich you can order. The place was small and pretty crowded, but we managed to find a seat by the front entrance to enjoy our coffee and bagel sandwich.

The worst bagels I’ve ever had! They are so well done when I specifically asked for a light color everything bagel the eggs are like rubber and I ask for scrambled! The kid with the blonde hair is nasty! I’m standing waiting to order for 6 min as he’s talking to some girl behind the register. I asked what was good since I’m not from here and he’s like oh it’s up to you instead of giving me a suggestion like so nasty! Anyway if your from NY stay away and if you enjoy a nice experience don’t bother coming here!

Cannot be in downtown Miami and not stop in for some of the most delicious breakfast food around. I'm definitely coming back for the Biscayne with tuna on an everything bagel. No regrets. Gracias Gustavo!!! Solo lo mejor!

We showed up at noon Tom order a few bagel sandwhiches for lunch. We noticed all the bagels were 86ed by the time we got to the counter. The lady with the lip ring working the register told us they were sold out and if we’d like to wait 20 minutes new bagels would arrive. Reluctantly we waited. After 10 minutes she comes back to confirm another 20 minutes. No one employee offered a snack or coffee/drink or some type of compliment as we waited for their bagels… I ended up paying for a brownie and a coffee to hold off my hangry wife. When the bagels finally arrived we were all ready to order. My wife had an emergency and she began sobbing. I asked if we could order our food and be on our way and the lady in a condescending tone said “No” we have to count them first….I watched people, couples waiting, get up and walk out the door. Including us.Pt. 2We drove to the other toasted in midtown. The service was way better but you have to be [email protected] joking… see picsThis is not how I remember the venetian….if they can make it anyone can make it.
