I've been here twice on Fed 13 and May 15 of 2022. I like the hot tea . I ordered that both times. I also like the rice bowls. I ordered them as well both times. They have several meat options for the bowls. I ordered salmon on my first trip. I wanted the eel the second time , but they were out. But the bubble tea and the hot tea are main features here. I like hot green or oolong tea. They both. I do recommend
My husband and I LOVE a good poke bowl w/ a boba tea; we made the drive due to reviews and wanting to try a new place. It was NOT worth it. I will say the place is very clean and the packaging is cute, too. However, the experience, food/boba was just NOT right. From the very beginning, I felt that the lady taking our order had ZERO answers to our questions.2) I asked if the fruit flavored boba had any pieces of fruit or anything inside because if so I wanted it removed as I wouldn’t drink it and they told me “no.” — it did. So I wasted my money as I didn’t drink it.3) The tuna in the poke bowl was oddly colored and tasted far from fresh — I couldn’t feel comfortable eating it.
I’ve been to Tik Tea twice. The first time about three weeks ago. I ordered a Fruit Tea, the tapioca was good but the cheese foam is definitely not for me, it’s an acquired taste that I have not acquired. Today I visited and ordered the same fruit tea without the cheese foam. The Fruit tea was delicious without the cheese foam. It was made with real fruit, and had just the right amount of sweetness, however the tapioca wasn’t thoroughly cooked and was a bit hard. On both occasions the representative interacted with me but wasn’t overly welcoming or friendly. There wasn’t an attempt to build rapport or great customer experience. All in all it was not a bad experience but it wasn’t amazing either. The drink was OK but I know it can be great. I’m writing this review because I got a discount card that mentioned 10% off your next visit by leaving a 5 star review but I rather leave an honest review because I really like boba and I want this place to be amazing. I’m hoping my review is taken for it’s intention to help better the establishment. Im looking forward to a third visit and trying one of the food items on the menu as well. I’m hopeful and rooting for you to succeed!!!
honestly the tea tasted kinda off, since it looks premade its not bad. Boba taste kinda off, compared to other boba shops it has a very small chemical sent or maybe its just me
Great place to have a poke bowl, they’re very generous with the amounts of toppings they place, I was REALLY surprised when I saw furikake on the rice! ?The taro bubble tea was very good too, and the little red heart placed on the lid was so kawaii~!!! ^-^We’re definitely coming back for the Lunch menu: 1 poke salad or Ramen + classic bubble tea = $12.99What a great deal! ❤️?
As a tea lover, I decided to pass by this new place. The interior walls are so unique and intriguing to look at. Just like their beautiful painted walls, they have such a wide variety of flavors to try that i haven’t seen in other boba stores. The barista was super nice and helpful as well. I tried the caramel boba tea and wow! It is so delicious and definitely my new favorite boba spot. I will come back but with friends next time!
After reading such great reviews I was really disappointed by their fruit tea boba. It’s definitely not like other boba shops. It’s too sweat and the cheese foam makes it taste like you’re drinking milk tea. You definitely don’t taste any tea in here. Honestly it tastes like a fruit puré milkshake. I asked for no cheese foam but they still added it. I’ve never been to a tea place that puts their drinks in blenders. The tapioca pearls were really bad. It’s like they’ve been in water for too long or something because they were disintegrated and lumpy with no chew. They left like a layer of murky dark liquid at the bottom of my drink. After this experience I don’t think I would consider going back.
Dude packs my ramen soup on its side and all of the soup leaked out. In 35 years of life I've never had this happen. Who packs a bowl of soup on its side? I wasn't driving and was holding the bag the whole time with 1 hand in the bottom and 1 hand on the handle I decide to look it inside cause it feels hot and the first thing I notice is the soup container on its side and a bag full of broth ???
This place has probably the best Boba Tea and ramen that I've had. The price and wait is worth it; the presentation is great and the flavor really packs a punch!! Will definitely be back.
I really love this place! It's is a quick and easy place to grab food. If you are a collage student at MCD I recommend it since it is conveniently located across the street. The milk tea is delicious; the Macha milk tea is my favorite. The bowls are also really good and have big portions.
