The service was slow which was not really the server's fault, they just didn't have enough staff working. We waited a long time for the entrees and when they arrived, one of the dishes was cooked rare when we requested medium. The food was quite good but not amazing. It's an expensive restaurant so these types of issues shouldn't really happen.
Had a nice time at Tigre sitting on the riverside patio. Our waiter accidentally dropped our dessert on the way out, so he comped us a free dessert. Unexpected but appreciated!
Fantastic a not so hidden gem that impressed in food quality, and service. Beautiful location and decor / vibe. Wines by glass could use some additional selections from other regions than Chile.
Buena la experiencia.
A few months ago we dined at Tigre and had a wonderful meal. This week we returned for a second visit, but unfortunately this visit was not as enjoyable as our first. I ordered the sea bass which had been heavenly in the past, but this time around it was a big disappointment. The appetizers and side dishes were good, but didnât make up for the lackluster main dish. I was also looking forward to the Chaja dessert which I was I formed had been removed from the menu.
Amazing food! Great music!
The food was awesome, and our server Michael had a great service towards us. Would definitely come back
Food was pretty good, wine was exceptional. Very unique location!
Overpriced, not updated menu with limited selections, mediocre service, mostly outdoor seating. I have to be honest - I was disappointed. The online menu doesn't match the current menu. We were given a choice between outside and regular seating. I chose regular because it's extremely hot outside in South Florida & assumed we would eat inside. Nope. We were seated outside and nowhere near a fan. The restaurant lost their liquor license, so no mixed drinks. The service was mixed. Sometimes the servers were on top of us, but at one point our server disappeared for over 20 minutes. The food took quite a while to come out after ordered. Finally, the portions were not worth the price. I saw there was swordfish steaks. Originally it was $45 for what I assumed was a steak. The menu now said it was $90.00 and was for two. There were literally 8 thin slices of swordfish and this was supposed to be for 2 people. What I tasted was good, but not great and the portions were definitely not worth price. It was a good enough experience to try for a new place to explore, but I wouldn't go back.
Service and food quality was excellent. A little confusing with the mandatory 18% fee. This appears to be a disservice to the server. We typically tip 20 to 25%. We were told that the other workers get a portion of that money.
