Overall, good service by Maria the server & the team. However, The Palm is not what it used to be! The food was overpriced & disappointing at best! The Filet Mignon 12 0z. was very dry and no flavor. My baked potato was not cut open and shriveled! I was told that's how they serve it! The shrimp cocktail was good. I have been a Palm customer for almost 40 years in both NYC & Miami and expect better quality for the increased pricing.
We felt totally ripped off.
Nice atmosphere and great service and food!
We came for lobster which they did not have. Drove 60 miles to get there. You think they would have offered us something; a dessert or a soda or an iced tea but we got a story about the lack of the lobsters. I called two days before and they were available then so what gives ??
Excellent steaks, awesome server, my guests were definitely wowed.
The tried and true!!! Itâs nice to k if you can always go home again to god food and good service! The prices went up a bit but par for the course- with all the NEW COOL TO BE SEEN IN RESTAURANTS lately this has proven to stand the test of time -

The Palm is always great. Going on Sunday is nice, as it's quieter, but the risk, these days, is they might have ran out of lobster! However, they had at least 2, and we had a fantastic meal!
