The grill area outside the main restaurant served excellent grilled sandwiches. All protein are cooked when ordered. Excellent customer service. Avoid Mambo and take a stroll upstairs to The Knife.
The hot food from the grill was cold ( potatoes, meat ) and a majority of the meat was well done. The shrimp salad in the cold section was way overcooked, no flavor at all. With approximately 30 foot ceilings and wood all around, the sound ( music ) echoes and was loud and unbearable. I will say however that my wife complained of the meat being tough and I also agreed from the grill and the waitress offered filet mignon from the kitchen. The filet was good, tender and guess what? Hot! We mostly ate salads, can't go wrong with spinach, greens, etc. For eating salads at $39. 95 per person it did seem a little high in price.
OMG, this place was amazing. It was our first time there and didn't expect much, but as soon as we got there we received excellent service. There are many salads to choose from or you can create your own. Apart from that there was the grill where you can find any kind of meat. i was a little disappointed on the flavor since it was a little dry and needed some rub or salt but when i made a comment to the server she told me to tell the grill men and they would help me out, and they did. we paid about $85-$90 for 2 people, included the buffet, one bottle of wine or 2 cups of beer, and unlimited soda product, and 2 desserts. totally recommend this place and its beautiful view. We will be back.

Save your money and grab a burger or a slice of pizza somewhere else. Do not expect a fine culinary experience at “The Knife”.The meal and the service were both mediocre. Our visit began with a trip to the not so fresh salad bar. The sides that are offered are instant potatoes and dirty rice from a box. The meat grilling station in the back offers many selections to choose from, except they’re overcooked and dry.If you want a steak dinner, go to a decent steak house. Even my dessert was a disappointment, rice pudding that looked like rice and milk.To nobody’s surprise we all woke up hungry today because we barely ate. On the upside it does offer decent views, but so do other restaurants in the area.
