Horrible !!!!!Every year its the same!!You need to have a (Current)sign of what you have and don't have so people won't be standing in line in vein!!!! That goes for the orders too online or regular so people won't have a fit when you try to change type of Lines last-minute or don't want to get out of the lines because that's what you said first and that's not there mistake or problem!? SEPARATE THE LINES PERIOD ACCORDING TO PICKUP,ONLINE ORDERS ONLY,ELDERLY! SOMETHING!! and PLEASE don't give the guards this JOB, to they ALREADY HAVE ONE ,to keep us safe for UN-orderly people and for the Unforseen! There's too many dam CHIEF'S HERE ,there should only be 1!!!This is what STARTS THE PROBLEM!Let them do the job they were hired for and the WORKERS do there's!! and YOU NEED MORE CASHIERS AND AT LEAST SOME CHAIRS FOR THE ELDERLY IN THE DAM HOT HUMIDITY ,you are human,right!?? (DO BETTER)Please.

I placed an order online to pay for when I arrived at the store. After waiting 40 minutes in line, security came out to say that they would only be fulfilling paid orders, and sent everyone else home, close to 60 people. What a horribly run place. They do not deserve your business.

Today for the 22nd year I bought a Honey Bake Ham , I waited for 45 minutes to get to the counter, but it’s worth every minute.Got home and make a couple of ham sandwiches, simply delicious.Ham for tomorrow, Wednesday and Thursday and Friday and…………Thank you for keeping the tradition alive, happy thanksgiving to all.

I don't need to say how delicious the HBH is. We all know but the pick up service was horrible. There were 2 lines. One for items that had been ordered and paid for and one for items that had been ordered. The line for prepaid items was huge, so long. The line for ordered items was basically non existent. What was the point of paying in advance to have to wait. People who arrived around 45 minutes after me were furious (as if we weren't) that they had to wait in such a long line that they cut into the other line. The poor security guards had to deal with all of us incredulous people. The manager at the store had 3 people attending ordered but not paid for items and 1 person for paid items with the huge line. It wasn't until basically we started to revolt after my being there 50 minutes and the security guards telling them that they finally had more people attending the paid line. A complete disaster....no managment whatsoever. Additionally, they had run out of hand by the time I had scheduled to show up...1:30 and did not put up a sign making people aware. You had to find a parking spot, walk to the entrance of the line and wait for someone to tell you that there were no hams.Next year I don't know if I should just order and not prepay?

FRUSTRATED !!!On Nov 05, I went online and ordered a cooked Turkey and a full boneless ham to be shipped to the house this week.Today, I thought it was weird I had not received any other notification on the order. So decided to call and confirm delivery by tomorrow.To my surprise I was told the order was never fulfilled because they had run out of the products. WHAT ?!?! No notification from HBH since the order was placed and confirm.I am now a day away from Thanksgiving and NO Turkey and NO Ham !!!!How is this possible ?? And all they did was ‘offered’ a refund ?!?!? They couldn’t even reach out to one of their stores and reserve these things for me.Now I have to run tomorrow morning and see if I can get a ham and a Turkey, which I was not planning on cooking due to an injury on my arm.I understand I’m only one customers among thousands .. but I’m sharing my experience with everyone I know so that this doesn’t happen to them.There are no words to express the frustration and stress I am going thru right now.

Ham great as always,But the pick up an online order line was insane yesterday. Customers in that line were ordering extra things, so they held up that line. Staff should run the pick up line better on the busy holidays. Not allow that…Pick up line should be only to pick up and go.

Hmm, hmm great! I'm originally of NYC. My friends and future clients at Kendall Fit's located at 13790 SW 56 St. (Miller Square - Herbalife) enjoyed sack racing, and other activities. Especially the honeybaked ham and turkey breast. Oh, the stuffing and other goodies. It beats the dry turkey or everyday available Cuban pork roast. Thank HBH for the great tasting meal selections. My hispanic friends hadn't tasted such a great selection of truly American flair. Thank again your company will be on our mind for other festivities, up and coming.
