Had a Char Burger and Ahi Tuna sandwich. I concur with some of the reviews here, that the burger was just OK as was the Ahi Tuna. Fries were the best thing. Maybe more seasoning or someting on both the burger and tuna? Really thought it would be better even given the value pricing.
The habit is a great quick bite; burgers are good cooked to order! The place is clean, and the bathrooms are clean! We have had some visits where it all goes out the window! But more often than not it is great!

Horrible customer service. I understand they are short-staffed, but if it was not for me going in to pick-up my curve side order I would have been waiting all day. No one made an effort to apologize. The manager did not apologize. I had to retell them to make me another burger, but the manager only recooked the burger. She was not wearing a mask, nor was another employee. One of the employees was handling food without gloves. He was also brushing his hands over his nose and failed to wash his hands.
This the best burger spot ive been at! The manager was the best manager ive met at any restaurant i reccomend anyone to come here that the hospitality and the food is on point

Had Sunday dinner here. We ordered original double char. The burger tasted OK. Not amazing but not bad either. A few issues: It was not busy in the restaurant but we waited about 15min to get our burger. Also the men's restroom was locked and according to the staff, It has been locked since this morning. It is very important to wash hand before any meal, especially during pandemic. A locked restroom is not helping. No hand sanitizer on the table either, maybe in the front door?
The reason for my comment is in the interest of having someone at headquarters see this comment. On December 7, 2021. The courier informed me that they left a package by mistake to this location, at the same time they took pictures of the item. As soon as we saw the message from the courier I went with my daughter to the restaurant, and we spoke with the manager and several employees and explained the situation to the manager (Odalys). She tried to help as much as she could, but I don't think she could do more. I asked her if it was possible to see the security cameras and she flatly said no that only the district manager located in California could see the cameras. I asked for the name and address of the district manager and she turned the world upside down and said no, she didn't have much information on who it was, basically she did nothing to help.The next day I went to the courier warehouse and was informed that the package was dropped off at 12:58PM at that location and received by a girl. I went back to the restaurant and spoke to the manager again and like the first day, nothing. I tried and was very polite to her, but she had no interest in helping. She just told me to come back the next day and talk to a girl named Lana, I talked to her and she told me that she had talked to the manager the day before, something the manager never told me. He just told me that the girl was off that day, which was a lie. I just know that all the employees, especially one of the cashiers looked at me wanting to talk and say something. You could see their fear and desire to talk. What bothered me the most was that she never tried to do anything. I hope you enjoy my daughter's gift.
I love the Burger in this place. It is so yummy. A little fatty if fat matters. Staff are nice. Definitely recommend this place. Perfect!
This is a great place to eat, Very similar to fudruckers and the location is very nice in a new shopping plaza.
