Best, freshest seafood in South Florida. Period. I’ve been going to this neighborhood joint my whole life and it is always a great time. Literally, every item on the menu is SO GOOD and the staff is so friendly, making you feel at home every time. If you’re a fan of jazz, go on a Wednesday night and ask to sit in the BackroomLive. For Blues, Thursday nights. Trust me. You will not regret it! Best jazz and blues jams in Miami, hands down!
I wish I could give this place more stars. It’s such a special place. The owner and staff are so sweet and literally set such a fantastic mood. Live music was wonderful. Food is spectacular. Fresh and everything was the right temp. Restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. This place has a special feeling to it and I hope if you’re looking for a good seafood restaurant you try this one.
This place never fails me! My go to meal is the fried snapper filet, but last night I decided to try the blackened grouper filet and was not disappointed! So soft and delicious. Thanks to Avelino for all the recommendations and taking care of us! Also to the busser that always brings the fish dip out, I didn't get his name, nice guy. We will definitely be back soon.

Great food AND The Blues! Out of lockdown, we went looking for Music. $7 dollar cover for a solid performance 7 - 10 pm. The Caribbean Mahi with shrimp was as fine a presentation as I've had in 11 years in Miami. The Havana Banana Mahi was excellent as well. Try the Lime Margherita. My wife ordered a Cappuccino and I thought this is where they'd fail. NOT. Our hostess moved to the music. They have various acts but it was the Blues that night. ?

Great food! Was really crowded and assumed we would wait forever but we got right in, our food came out super fast, and service was great! 10/10 recommend :)

The only reason i could not bring myself in given this place a 5 star is because our server was not good. Maybe she was having a bad night ( we still tip 18%) but the service was bad. Its like she was rushing us to order. To eat and to leave. She never came around to see if we liked our food. I had to ask to get refill on the water or i would choke on my food. She never ask if we wanted dessert and i had to ask twice after ordering for lemon. Now the food. That was amazing. I had the havana banana mahi. Grilled to perfection. Served with mango salsa. White rice. Black beans and plantains. Super well cook. Juicy. My friend had the tilapia tacos. Again super fresh. And we shared parmesan cheese fries which were not greasy. Fresh. Delish. No dessert for obvious reasons. First time here.
