Only giving 2 stars because the drinks were cold. Service was very slow! Food was horrible. Stale potstickers. Spinach dip tasted like it came from a can. Very strong smell of weed coming from the kitchen. Clearly the staff were too busy getting high to clean and serve.
The beyond burger was delicious. I quite enjoyed it and the fries were decent. The spinach artichoke dip was delicious. However, as this is a chain restaurant, the chips were just suffice. The tabling was a great selection from the host and the service were attentive and warm to my group. I also tried this strawberry Red Bull drink and I have honestly haven’t stopped thinking about it for months now. Try it if you’re also a caffeine fiend, haha!
Good place to drink for sure if it doesn’t have a fly in it as my last drink did when it arrived!! That’s why it got the 2 stars but to eat expect watery Mac and cheese and burnt old chicken. You can just tell they haven’t changed the oil in forever. And they have had their chicken breast for a while or sitting out this is the first and last time I will be going here. Also don’t look at the good reviews they are garbage keep going..I’ve traveled..this is the worse of the worst unless you are blindly hungry..they don’t care!! I even had a manager come and he act like he did but can tell he was like whatever ??
Hello. We first had to wait at the door for someone to greet us for maybe 10 minutes!! She comes without apologizing. Takes us to a table. Puts down the menus. Leaves. We now wait 20 minutes at the table the four of us for someone to come.in the meantime we notice a used gum on a piece of paper on the table. So the cleaning was not properly done and it was really disgusting. Nobody ever came. A waitress passed by us and we stopped us asking if Simone was coming to serve us. She just lifted her shoulders. We showed her the gum. She picked it up. No apology. After waiting for 10 more minutes we just left. Passed her and the lady in the front. No one asked us anything or apologized or tried to make us stay. Not sure what’s wrong but this was a disaster.
Food was good, service was friendly, though the cleanliness wasn't that so
I tried their Chicken glaze platter thing and spent the rest of my evening, weekend, and all day today in the hospital from vomiting and stomach pains. I do not see myself eating at TGIF at Dolphin mall or any TGIF for the rest of my days..
My partner and I stopped there for drinks. While the greeting from the hostess was fabulous, the bar tender was awful. She was cold, unwelcoming and refused to make eye contact. We gave the hostess a tip, my partner drank his beer and then we went to a restaurant right next door. I refused to have a drink in an establishment that does not appreciate my business. Will never go to a "Fridays" again. As a Canadian,this is not how we roll.
Not a busy a Tuesday night…. Only saw ONE server and one host lady that kept disappearing to the back. Waited over 30mins for food. Boneless chicken and potatoes skins were burnt and overcooked it was disgusting. Poor waiter was working all the tables and bartending. He was pleasant but obviously overloaded. Didn’t even bother to try to get his attention after my son had his hand raised trying to get his attention for 10mins.
Went there Friday with my two daughters waited at the host area to have my name put on the wait list or to be seated well the two host just was standing there talking and laughing and fussing at the same time about who skipping customers that been waiting I had to interrupt they conversation to ask if there anyone here to help us out I got a laugh and was told oh it’s 30 minute wait after they was talking about 10 minutes straight. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NEED MORE BETTER WORKERS AT GREETING THE CUSTOMERS.BY THE WAY I LEFT NEVER GOT A TABLE
It wasn’t busy. Ordered a rack of ribs. Very messy to eat. Server asked one time how it was going. Was able to slow him down enough to ask for more napkins since the sauce was on my fingers and face. Why restaurants are so skimpy on napkins continues to be a mystery to me. Ribs were good.
