5 Star taste and service even discounted a free meal for my sons birthday!
Unfortunately it wasn't what I expected. The chicken was really dry and cut into big chunks of chicken. The teriyaki noodles were also dry and stuck together. Worse 70 something dollars I have ever spent and I do not eat cabbage and half of the meals had shredded cabbage and they weren't even mentioned. Four horrible meals at a very expensive price and we were really unsatisfied as I stated before we will never go there again. The eggs were good though but it was really a waste of money, gas and time
Absolutely love this restaurant all their food is amazing, i could eat from here every single day.
I highly recommend this restaurant. They have a lot of great deals all the time and the food is delicious. They have great service and their staff is always attentive with any questions or special orders. I had the pleasure of being at their sales event yesterday where they had people try their menu for free and the ambience was great. I had the pleasure of meeting one of their managers I think named Oslily and she is exceptional and very sweet and helped me pick out from their menu the best bowl combos. This is a place I would always find myself coming back to.
I've been wanting to eat at this place for months now since it opened and it was nothing but a big hype. I ordered four Teriyaki bowls with noodles and teriyaki chicken and it came with egg rolls. The chicken was hard and extremely dry cut into big pieces and it barely had any teriyaki on it at all. The noodles were also dry and stuck together. The only good thing there were the egg rolls honestly. We are so disappointed and sorry we will not be recommending you guys. For your price you should have better quality and better taste. For a fraction of that I can eat at Teriyaki Ninja and they are by far delicious for their price and two people can eat from one plate. 70 plus dollars for bad food is too much.
Forgot to bring lunch so I decided to give this place a try. I got the large 2 protein bowl with chicken teriyaki and spicy beef. And this thing weighs a lot. Definitely enough to have for dinner tonight and was made fresh and was really tasty. Seems like there's a lot of mixed reviews but mine came out great.
Ordered a large bowl combo about $23. I was the only one there and now I know why. I waited approximately 20 minutes for the food to be prepared. Very disappointed and not impressed at all with the extremely small portions or taste.

Unbelievable experience today. I ordered the large spicy chicken bowl, yokisoba style. We order it all the time (photo of history included). When getting home my daughter noticed it was a bit orange (like the mad spicy) but attempted to eat it anyway to save me the trip of a return visit to have it corrected. She even added extra teriyaki sauce to mask the spice. She couldn't eat it. I called to explain what happened and asked if I could exchange my order for one correctly prepared. After listening to him discuss the order with a Spanish speaking female who was arguing that it was properly prepared, I got hung up on. I call back and the guy tells me to bring in the incorrect order and they will exchange it for a properly prepared order that will be ready in a few minutes.Once back at the restaurant they visually inspect the improperly prepared dish and the Spanish speaking female now wants to argue with me that that is regular spicy not the mad spicy. I even brought a photo of the improper dish next to a correct one we had a few days ago still in the fridge for comparison. After again explaining that the dish is unpalatable they then agree to remake the meal. When I ask why I'm waiting for a meal to be prepared after we had had the discussion before I made the trip back to their location, the big guy on the phone states that he "wanted to make sure". When I asked who the manager is he said he was, then I asked who the owner was and again he said he was. I showed him my entire order history for the last year and explained because of the unprofessionalism and lack of concern of such a simple mistake that I didn't feel valued as a customer so they will no longer have my business. At which time the self proclaimed owner stated "So, you are just one customer!" Absolutely appalling to think that a business owner, especially in the food service industry could do such little concern for service or his little customer's (my daughter) palate.Mr Teriyaki Madness, you've gone mad!You lost "just one" customer this evening!
Used to come here and absolutely love the food. The last 3-4 times i've gone something has changed and its complete garbage. I dont even end up finishing the small bowl that I get because it lacks flavor. Maybe new management or something? The food is bland and you should not call this teriyaki
