Very nice experience, server was very nice and exceptional kind. Very good ice cream, it was worth the wait for a baked fresh cone.
The ice cream melts way too fast. Not enough places to sit. Had to take your order to go. There’s no indoor place to sit. Sharing space with other vendors.
Little hidden gem inside another restaurant area, so it might be hard to find! Ordered the matcha ice cream in the fish cone and it was so good. Definitely recommend!
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE GIRL, I THINK HER NAME IS ARI?, WAS SO HELPFUL AND KIND. SHE WAS SO NICE. I WAS HAVING A BAD DAY AND HER BEING SO NICE AND WELCOMING TO ME MADE ME FEEL SO MUCH BETTER. IM FROM OUT OF TOWN AND I WANTED TO TRY A LOCAL ICE CREAM PLACE AND CAME HERE. 11/10 SERVICE, ICE CREAM, AND LOCATION! CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH! AMAZING ICE CREAM. A MUST GO TO PLACE!!!!
A great way to fight the heat of Miami, the place is located inside of 1800 Lucky with is a big open patio, with have different I will say food trucks, the line in this place I will tell move fast and they are a card only place, yes card only place, kind of weird, but good :).The menu looks amazing and they have cup example, with something making it harder to make a decision because all flavors are so good.I order the clasic with bringing the famous Unicorn Taiyaki vanilla ice cream, red bean, chocolate drizzle, crushed Oreo and wafer stick. The flavor was not so overwhelmingly sweet and the cone was pretty interesting too the form of a fish a nice outer crunch while soft on the inside which goes perfectly with the custard and ice cream. The staff was also super friendly and I would come back in a heartbeat if I near the area.
Look to your left when you enter the 1-800 Lucky patio or you might miss these scrumptious desserts ?
We were exited about this place. We walked for an hour to arrive. The place is fun, it's a lot of food stands and is like a pub with music, but the taiyaki is awful. I order the matcha taiyaki and taste just like the ice cream from macdonald, not any matcha flavor. Also the Ice cream melt so fast that you get it all over your hands. The "taiyaki" itself taste like egg and is not crispy at all like supposed to be.Really disappointed
The matcha does not look like it did in the pictures. They must have changed their recipe because the pictures of the matcha from a couple months ago was a rich green color. When I went the matcha was very pale and did not taste like matcha at all! More like milked down matcha flavor. Taiyaki did not have any custard in it and was very pancake like. My boyfriend got the vanilla with coffee and he enjoyed it. But if you are coming for the matcha, I do not recommend.
Good ice cream & is in a good location because there are other food as well as a outdoor club like spot with great music
I don’t know what happened to this place, it used to be unique. The taiyaki used to be filled with red bean paste, they used to have signature flavors like black sesame which was my favorite, the matcha used to have a good flavor and now it taste like cheap matcha milk? What happened to the authenticity? Last time I went my parents came to visit and I treated them with ice cream but it ended up being a washed matcha ice cream in a pancake, not a taiyaki. I’m sorry but what happened?
