This was a pleasant surprise! The Pio Pio chicken tacos are so flavorful! The cilantro is a delicious addition. And don't get me started on how much I LOVE the Ropa Vieja Rolls... They are on another level of deliciousness! Don't miss out of these! Run don't walk to get some of this yumminess!
Take out order was prepared timely, and staff was friendly. Crab wontons were above average, but felt the 2 varieties of Baos I had were just “ok”. Amount of protein in each pork belly bao felt lacking, pork pieces seemed to have a lot of very chewy and insufficiently rendered fat intact, cucumbers inside were very large and thick sliced, and the chicken in the chicken waffle baos was kinda tough. Will try tacos and spring rolls next time, but so far it’s not looking like a repeat, go to spot for me.
i love tacos and baos and the place has a great idea with a cool name but the food was meh. the real disappointing part of the whole experience was the awful awful service and lack of a bathroom which doesn't seem right for a restaurant.
Place is okay. Not bad but not great either.The actual bun is not as fluffy as others but good size and not gummy. Our favorite was the shrimp tempura bao. It was soft, crispy and sauce was good.Also nice was the spicy pork. The sauce is good but I wish the pork had a little more texture.The restaurant is very little so when you eat inside or when you are ordering ... the kitchen hood is right in front of the counter... so you come out smelling like grease. Not very pleasant.So I suggest to eat outside or order take out.The people who work there are super nice and service is good.
Ordered over the phone. Food was ready in 20 minutes. Bobba teas are good. There menu is full of so many bao & taco options. The pork belly is yummy. The bacon was meaty & crunchy.Im bao'd out.

What is not to love about this Asian Fusion Food Truck. Tacos with Wonton shells and Bao's stuffed with decadent flavors. From the Pork, Chicken, Shrimp, and Tuna we found nothing but perfection. Great service, thoughtful seating, and excellent customer service. This is a must for foodies. A food truck that serves food crafted by a skilled chef.
I love bao and the gyoza tacos is clever. I didn't know this was here since December but I am so happy that this is in my neighborhood. The service is great, they have pretty lighted outdoor areas, and super tasty. I loved the spicy pork bao. Bao is good, eat more bao.
Tacos are great I need to try them all plus desserts I need to try as well overall great crew as well!
Best food in town I love going there and get me the chicken taco..highly recommend it 100%
