We ordered my graduation cake from Ingrid, as well as a donut tower, macaroons, cupcakes and cheesecake shooters. I can’t say how happy we were with our delicious desserts, which were the talk of the party. Ingrid was kind, helpful, and very easy to communicate and collaborate with. We will definitely be recommending her to our friends and reaching out to her for future parties!!
T'antay Miami Cakes provided excellent service for my custom birthday cake, It turned out to be everything I visualized and more! I had a seamless and enjoyable process from beginning to end and the owner is an absolute pleasure to work with! Also, my birthday cake was delicious!
Update: I have removed a star from the rude interaction I had with Ingrid. Communicated over email with Ingrid. She refused to acknowledge that she might be at fault for the cake being inedible, instead blaming my wedding coordinator and her staff and the venue's appliances, and stated the cake was "up to her standards" when she tasted it. She also stated that why the cake tasted different was because we didn't order exact to the tasting box. To state, we ordered 95% exact to the tasting box, minus a berry compote for lemon cake and minus fudge for chocolate cake. It should of tasted exact but instead it was completely disgusting. Ingrid is refusing to give back a refund for the cake and kept insisting that I schedule a consultation call to discuss what we had already discussed over email. At this point, I want a full refund of that cake because it was not wedding-worthy. My dog wouldn't even try the lemon cake or icing it was that bad. And to the point just made by the owner's comment, she did not schedule a call with me to discuss final details of my cake. It's not my job to contact her to finalize those details. I was busy planning a wedding, Ingrid had my cake vision explained to her in previous phone calls, I expected her to fulfil my vision, not hold her hand through the process when I had a million other details to go over with my wedding coordinator.See full initial review below:We hired T'antay Miami Cakes for our wedding because she had fantastic reviews and had beautiful cakes. The only reason I am not giving the owner 1 star is because the outside of my cake looked beautiful and was exactly as I pictured it. The inside, however, was so dense the cake was inedible.I purchased the tasting box and the sample cakes were beyond superb so I estimated incorrectly that my wedding cake would taste the same. My flavors were lemon with lemon curd for the top layer and chocolate with dulce de leche for the bottom layer.I had wedding guests privately pull my mom aside to inform her the cake was inedible and my husband said the cake tasted as if it had been in the fridge for a week.My parents, myself and my husband were very disappointed and highly embarrassed that our guests could not eat our cake. Luckily we had a dessert table so guests were able to thoroughly enjoy that.
Where do I begin. I found T’antay Miami Cakes from Yelp. The reviews were so good so I decided to reach out being that I am from out of state & could not travel with a cake. Customer service was amazing, Ingrid was beyond patient when working with me because there were a lot of moving parts planning since a big trip in a different state. When we finally got the cake we were stunned. It was beautiful exactly as describe abs taste even better than it looked. We were worried that too much cake would be left over but needless to say there was not. Thank you so much T’antsy Cakes.
You cannot find a more delicious cake in Miami! Truly, our wedding cake was the main star of the night. All of our guests asked where we ordered from, and mentioned they would order their future cakes from T’antay as well! We first scheduled a tasting, and to my surprise we received 6 of the cutest jars in our tasting box with such amazing flavors, it was hard to choose. Ultimately, we selected the Vanilla Cake with Swiss Meringue Buttercream. I don’t even like vanilla cakes, but this surpassed any cake I’ve ever tasted. So simple, light, moist, but the buttercream enhanced the sweetness just perfectly. The owner is so creative, passionate, organized, talented, and hard working. She sent many inspiration photos after hearing my vision for our wedding, and delivered a cake more beautiful than I dreamed it would be. I could never go anywhere else!

My family came to Miami to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I had to organize this from Colorado which presented a few challenges. I found this bakery online and loved all their pictures, so decided to go with them. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. I felt that their Instagram was great in deciding what cake I wanted and then the website was easy to use when I actually ordered. They delivered it to the restaurant where we were having our big anniversary dinner; great customer service. We were all very happy. It was a beautiful cake and just what I wanted.
