Am absolute dumpster fire in responsiveness and customer service. Avoid at all costs. It should not be this difficult to throw stuff into a bowl.

Ordered pick up once and went inside to get the order and it was incredibly chaotic. There was no line and no pick-up system in place. There was a crowd of dashers, Uber eats delivery guys and regulars all together and no line. It was very frustrating. My order was also not ready so had to wait a bit. Lunch seems to be their peak. It was also hard to find parking as you gotta park on the street.
I come here almost every day. Some servers are better than others. But the quality of the food and the vegan options combined with the price are unmatched. I drive from pompano beach to get sweetgreen!
I go to a lot of sweet greens but this one is by far the worst. Anytime I order to go I ask for the salad to be mixed with heavy dressing. 4 out of 5 times the salad isn’t mixed and there is barely enough dressing to be considered light dressing. Oh and they also forget the bread so I also checked my bowl every time but I’m not going here anymore. Please save your money and get some tacos or something.
Amazing food! Lots of options vegan and non vegan! The server was helpful and sweet! Ingredients were fresh and they give you options to customize your bowl or order! They have organic everything! It’s refreshing and healthy, also they keep calorie count on dishes for the people who keep count ?
Delicious and fresh!! Got a side of tomatoes side and side of sweet potatoes. Both came with a delicious sauce and the server was delightfully joyful! Thank you!
I received the nastiest order from doordash just now. The cheese was rancid. They didn’t include apples in my food, they included the wrong dressing and there were limes as opposed to lemons in my order.
I’ve been to the sweet greens in nyc and was so excited to try the Miami location. Awful experience. The guy making my salad did not know what he was doing he said he was new so fair enough. But then I went to pay and no one rang me up for 5 min then when I did want to pay they ran around looking for change cause they didn’t have any. Finally I get home to eat my salad and the shrimp was not fresh at all. It was literally mushy.
Fast service, very spacious, clean place and dozens of options to build your own salad bowl.They could just consider lowering their overall prices. If you don’t mind for paying for convenience, it’s an excellent place!
