Such a fun time at Sweet Caroline! Drinks were well priced and it was on overall great time for everyone. Got there around 10:30 but by midnight it was PACKED. The venue is a little small so get ready to squeeze by people to/from the stage or bar.

Terrible staff. Had to get my own drinks, yet they automatically put an 18% service charge on my bill. Could be a good place if staff would get off their phones, stopped drinking shots, and engaged with customers. Wont be back and dont recommend it at all.

I realize that my initial review was very harsh. I still stand by the fact that the DJ was not great. But it was busy. I guess it was on me for choosing to spend my time in the karaoke line. The place was packed by 11pm, but the line was never that long. It was more that I had to go back so many times to ask for my songs to be played. Aside from that, everyone had a great time. The ambiance was great and the bartenders were so nice. When I was upset about my experience that night, the bartenders handled my complaints beautifully. They listened and asked how they could make it better. I can’t give a 5 star because I was very sad with my karaoke experience, but the bar was overall a lot of fun and I would still recommend it for a good time. Perhaps a more transparent song queue would help in the future to prevent any issues.

Was inside having a pretty good time, walked out to grab a friend that couldn't find the place, and couldn't get back in because I was wearing sandals? It's Miami in July, and you ban sandals? Terrible. Didn't even get to finish my drink. Told the bouncer I was already in there and had a drink inside, he didn't care. Should have been a lot of fun, turned out poorly. Head over to So Cal Cantina, no weird dress codes, cheaper drinks, good vibes.

A bit difficult to sing if you don't tip, so either you wait in line or you pay. But otherwise nice karaoke place!

So far, I’ve had a great experience doing karaoke here. I like when karaoke places allow you to go multiple times. I’ve been to Sweet Caroline two times so far. My first experience wasn’t the best, but my second experience was ten times better. On event days, like the Halloween karaoke competition, it’s extremely crowded. I didn’t get a chance to sing more than once. Also, the judge seemed extremely biased. The person who won joined last minute in the competition and they sang an unpopular country song. When the crowd applauded, other competitors had a stronger applause yet the last-minute competitor won. Another thing I don’t like about the location is the table reservations that are apparently reserved by ghosts. They should remove the reservation if the person doesn’t show. Seats are limited as is.My second experience was on a Friday. No event, so it wasn’t too crowded. I got to sing 5 times and the crowd was really positive and fun to be around. Seating was limited as usual, but aside from that, I had a blast. We had two drinks and they were well made.

I have been going here for the past few weeks and I've had an amazing experience. The crowd is very friendly towards the people singing karaoke and if you choose wisely you'll get the whole crowd singing along with you. Also, they have an open bar with an extremely nice and friendly staff. I hope you guys come and have fun!

This was the perfect place to celebrate my friends birthday. Our bartender Andrea and DJ Rob were the nicest people we encountered in Miami. They made it such a magical night for me and my friends. It was the highlight of our trip to Miami. Thank you!!!

Sweet Caroline is theeeeeee bar in Brickell if you’re trying to escape that Miami pretentiousness and have a genuinely great time. Amazing staff, the audience is always willing to have a great time and the drinks are delicious ? can’t miss it

This place is a must go for KareokeThe reason for a low star rating was based on conduct of the gentleman behind the bar, a woman was very intoxicated to the point of puking in the venue. She couldn't walk straight, was making out with anyone Infront of her and filled with puke on her legs.Rather than anyone be security or manager helping her or request she leave to sober up it came to myself and her friend to try helping this stranger, the bartender without hesitation poured her an additional 3 fingers of whiskey.Which she spilled all over me before falling a second timeShould she have left in her own car, blood would be on the hands of this venue for continuing to provide to someone that should be cut off
