As a vegan and vegetarian it is hard to choose an option when looking for places to eat out. I enjoy eating while i work. So the Swan located in the Miami Design District was a very nice choice. They had an option of salads, desserts, and sides for vegetarians. I would recommend the BRUSSELS SPROUTS which comes with caramel vinaigrette, crispy shallot as an option for vegetarians and vegans. In this photo you have the Chicken Chopped Salad which comes with hearts of palm, beets, avocado, tomato, bacon, egg, cheddar cheese, and balsamic. The staff was great. Although I don’t meat, salad is my normal “goto”. You can easily have the chicken removed from the salad. So of course i ate everything else besides the chicken. However, I would highly recommend the BRUSSELS SPROUTS. They were crisp; and you could even taste a hint of natural sea salt. So yummy. Biting into the sprouts almost felt like I was eating meat at first. It was very nice to experience; a crispy crunch taste while enjoying gourmet brussel sprouts.
We were very disappointed in our experience with this restaurant. They open at 6:00, yet at 6:05 they were still in a staff meeting and not greeting guests. Once seated, no one knew we were there, and we were IGNORED for at least 15 minutes. We ordered hamburgers (one “well done” and one “medium well”) and both were way undercooked and still “mooing” when they hit our table. We complained and were told it was a “kitchen mix up”. Ha! We were the only customers. Until and unless this place gets their act together…STAY AWAY!
We went for late lunch, what an amazing food. Everything we had was delicious but the stand outs were the ceviche, the fries and the pavlova. They do have the best fries. Also, the Pavlova was one of the best I’ve ever had. The service was great, the atmosphere relaxed. It was Monday so not crowded but still respectable amount of people. Will definitely go back.
Truly can’t get over how exceptional my Miami Spice Swan experience was! Very few have Miami Spice during the weekend and Swan sure does! I was greeted by the lovely host stand and was seated quickly. The food was incredible and fresh! Our server Marcos was very knowledgeable on the menu items and made wonderful suggestions throughout our meal! Kudos to you Marcos.I also had the pleasure of meeting one of the Managers Scott who despite the busy atmosphere engaged with everyone dining and made sure we all had a wonderful time. This place is truly a vibe the service, the food, the ambiance … I will be back for sure! MIAMI NEEDS MORE PLACES LIKE SWAN!
Had a 9 PM reservation for two people on a Monday night and was not seated until 11 PM due to no reason. When we arrived there were barely any people. By 9:30/10 PM it was busy and it seemed like they forgot about us. I kept asking the host when we would be seated and we were told to wait a few minutes so we stood to the side to see what was going to happen next. As we are standing there, a group of gentleman walked up, hostess approached them to take care of them, another group of people walked up and they were let in. Remind you the entire time, they are looking at us if we didn't exist. The drink at the outside bar was nice and the ambiance was beautiful but the wait for hours on top of making a reservation and having to secure it with a credit card seems a little extra. Swan, do better! Very disappointed.
Beautiful outdoor garden patio and pink interior. We came on a Friday afternoon for brunch and it wasn’t too busy. The hostess was slow but the server was very attentive. We ordered a variety of items to share with the table. The branzino was definitely my favourite! It was cooked perfectly and the fish was nice and juicy. The burrata was also delicious and the tomatoes were super fresh!
El ceviche Peruano es espectacular.
Server made the experience even better!
