If you please an other via DoorDash make sure you call them and go over the order. Apparently Receipts don’t print ( they started the order once DoorDash driver arrived to pickIt up ) and they forgot to add the correct extra things they charge for. Someone told us the extra sauce is add it to the plates? I don’t see eel souce no where!

The sushi was pulling apart. The rice they used is no the right rice to make sushi. I've had sushi from other sushi sake's and are well made. This people don't know how to make sushi. Last time I will be ordering from this place.

GROSS sushi... not fresh at all and they don't apply any sanitary measures during food prep. I found a hair in my food!!! Disgusting!

I ordered ONLY fried rice two days in a row and they took 48 minutes the first time and 54 minutes the second time. We were the only customers in the (restaurant). Yes it was only fried rice for one person nothing out of the ordinary. Food was good but not to wait 54 minutes for rice. Definitely not ordering from this location again. ??‍♂️

They always have a waiting time of two hours when ordering to pick up. Then you get to the restaurant and it’s completely empty. You can notice there’s no other pick up orders.. or Uber orders (I’m a restaurant owner myself) owner of this place should check what is going on. Probably they don’t want to take to go orders since they don’t leave tips. Idk I’m guessing. It’s a Tuesday at 6:30pm lunch time is over, no weekend or holiday and always a waiting time of even 2 hours

I ordered 2 rolls at 8:30. I got them at 11pm. I think the people working tried their best to speed things up. So this 1 star is mostly for management. You are in Kendall! It’s going to get packed on Friday’s, weekend … hire more people! You have 2 guys in the kitchen. There’s only SO much work 2 people can do. When it comes to making both sitting customer & take out orders.

After waiting a ridiculous amount of time for my order (originally 40-50 min which turned into 2.5 hours), my order was missing most items. I was missing 2 rolls, my fried rice did not have the fried egg I ordered (and obviously paid extra for) and I received 1 shrimp sauce instead of the 3 spicy mayo’s (that are also obviously extra charge). Drove to the restaurant to speak to a manager (while the one correct order I received stayed home getting cold). After 3 separate employees asking me what I was missing from my order, I waited while my missing items were to be replaced. My fried rice was STILL missing the fried egg. I was offered a coke or sprite but no one even intended to offer me any kind of compensation for going out of MY way for something that is THEIR fault. The least they could’ve done was offer a fresh order of what I did receive correctly so that I wouldn’t have to eat it cold upon returning home.Will not be returning to this location no matter how close I am to it.

Horrible service, got there didnt even know if they where open at 1pm all the lights outside where off, then they had awful high speed music, like really its the afternoon, so I asked if they can change the channel to something more mellow the guy was like No the owner wants music, horrible then, because literally Sushi Sake without consumers your location stays empty...

Best sushi ever. Great dining experience, food was really good. Our waitress was professional and on top of every single detail. 100% recommended.
