Good service GREAT FOOD! Indoor and outdoor seating
Horrible experience! I am a returning customer, however today was my last day there. Called in a Togo ordered and was told 25 min by the time I arrived my order was no were to be found and had to reorder and wait an additional 25 min for my food. Once I go back in to get my food I was charged for an additional fried rice and wasn’t even told why. They completely messed up on all of my order today. Sad thing is I didn’t even get an apology
The closing hours of the restaurant indicate both online and in the place that closes at 12:00 am, I arrived at 11:10 pm and they told me that they could not attend to me because they were already closed even to take away.They must then modify their closing hours so as not to cause discomfort to customers, it's unpleasant.
I went for take out and order shrimp fried rice and a miso soup. After 25 mins waiting i asked why the long wait. My order had not been started. I waited 10 more mins to get the wrong order . I asked for a refund. New employees should be trained better . I will have to go to sleep hungry now ?
Don’t get me wrong the food is amazing!! But the service is so bad. They take forever to attend you and even if the restaurant is empty, the food takes so long to be brought to your table.
Horable place the workers are so un profesional they take forever and the workers are looking at customers and laugh at them especially these I don’t recommend eating here a waste of money for a bad atmosphere
Empty place no wonder no one comes here. Disgusting horrible service came in with wife and mother in law sat down 20 mins nobody acknowledged us.
This is the worst sushi sake ever. They are very lazy workers and they do not know how to deal with customers. They lie and say that the kitchen closes at 11 when it says online that they close at 12. Please reconsider hiring new workers that are devoted to their job and care about their customers. I believe that is very unprofessional and I will not be coming back to this sushi sake with terrible customer service again.
This is a really bad sushi sake. The customer service is terrible. I’ve never experienced such a horrible customer experience before. The workers lied and said that the kitchen closed an hour before they actually closed. That is very messed up.
Great food but unfortunately had a not so good experience with our waitress. She kept forgetting about our table. If it wasn’t that the food was excellent I would have given this place 1 star
