AMAZING!!! I am a very picky with my ice cream and this was SO GOOD. Very friendly service; owned and run by a father and his daughters. The store was clean, and the ice cream was absolutely phenomenal. (Far better than other nitrogen ice cream shops I’ve been to.) Very fun to watch them mixing it by hand and then freezing it with the nitrogen! We loved it so much we went back the next day and it was just as amazing.
I was in Miami last week and had a fabulous experience at this place. So much so that I went back 2 days later and they provided another great experience. The ice cream was phenomenal and I learned that this business is family owned and operated. If I ever move to Miami, I will cite this ice cream shop as my one and only reason why!

My 6 year old son asked me to leave a review before leaving Subzero because he gives it FIVE STARS (although he wanted to give more stars). He got the Magnetic Mint (mint + fudge + Andes Mint + Oreo) and says it’s the best mint chocolate ice cream he’s had. This place is super cool for kids as it makes getting ice cream a learning experience (or you can attribute it to magic).
Place is supposed to close at 11pm. We went in before closing time only to be told they're closed. The girl told us "give me a minute" only for some guy to come out and tell us they're closed. The door was open and the OPEN sign was ON. Hey Subzero maybe lock your door and turn your sign off if you want to close early and lose 2 customers. Never again. I'll go to another location
This ice cream is so good I can't even think about it without wanting to get into my car and go get some.

The options are never ending. The icecreams was great and the customer service was good. I will most definitely be visiting again in the near future

Went the other day and neither of the two workers were wearing gloves while handling food!!!!Also noticed the cream was not kept in a fridge, but left out and uncovered on a counter.The toppings were also uncovered.Ice cream was okay, but nothing spectacular. Definitely overpriced, even for specialty ice cream.It was also get quiet and awkward inthe store because there was no music and the server wasn't very personable.
